I feel like they were rushing. For no reason, because they had enough technicians and not full, just trying to hurry through the customers and in doing so they don’t take the time they should to pay attention to detail when doing your service. Slow down, be attentive and do it right, the way you would want it done to you.

We were able to walk in. The ladies were nice at first but basically harass you if you don't get a more expensive pedicure or if you don't want gel.

I don’t like getting my nails done and I really don’t like pedicures. I was there with a bachelorette group of ladies. They wanted pedicures.I opted to get my eyebrows waxed. It was a “sit up in a chair” kind of thing in the middle of the busy room. Bizarre. She did a good job.Then I asked for just shaping of my nails, and cleaning. To me, this means: soak my fingers in the solution then file the tips so they look good.She started filing the tips of my nails then switched to the top, to rough them up. No! I don’t want that! I pulled my hand away.I told her I don’t want that. Then she said to clean, she had to do that. I said I wanted to soak in the solution. She also wanted to cut my cuticles. No! I don’t want that either!Then she had me look on a price sheet to determine what I want.I said how about if I tip you $10 and you just let me soak my fingernails and file the tips?She sort of said okay. I gave her my hand back and she immediately proceeded to file the top of my nails again!I pulled my hand away and said, “no, I don’t want that!”She dismissed me. I tried to tip her $5 but she wouldn’t take it.I sat there while the women I was with finished their pedicures. I watched the process and I am very glad I didn’t get one. They are a physically painful experience for me, when someone touches my feet.I also didn’t see them bleach the foot bowl after it was done, though they may have done it after we left.

I’ve been going here for a while now for manicures. It’s the best one I’ve ever had anywhere and I’ve been getting manicures for 35 years all across the country. Lynn is my main technician and it’s always great to see her. Tracy and all the other staff are terrific as well. As long as I live in the area Royal Spa will have my business.

I use to get my nails done at this place all the time with regular polish. I went in over the weekend they kept trying to push shellac I wanted regular it turned out terrible so I went back today to have them redone again she tried to get me to do shellac. I wanted regular polish it’s not as hard on your natural nails. Yet again they look terrible & I spoke with a manager & she said it’s because regular polish is hard to control! Seriously?? No that’s a lie you just wanted me to spend more money for something I did not want! I will not ever be back!!!Services: Polish removal

Worst mani/pedi experience I've ever had. I was crying half way through. Poor communication, she hurt my toe so horribly. Then she was removing my polish and nicked my cuticles. The lady had me stick my fingers in the nail polish remover and it caused me so much pain where she had cut my skin already. She didn't ask how I wanted my nails cut and basically cut them in the wrong shape. The area was so messy. I have never been so disappointed. After I started crying, she just kept apologizing saying she doesn't speak English. I could tell she was worried and I felt bad for her but I will never go back. The manager asked if I wanted to tell her what happened but I just wanted to get out of there. They all knew what happened. They gave me a $5 discount but I feel like they should be paying me for the horrible experience. I would not recommend us this place.
