Representative Michela was extremely helpful in helping me find a product that would even out my beard color. Top notch service. After reading some of the previous reviews, it looks as if the reviewers aren't really doing a review of the store or it's business practices but rather just complaining because they have nothing better to do. This store was clean. The people were helpful. I spoke with more than one team member and everybody was nice. I found no issues with this store and nothing that anybody could possibly complain about!

I am really disappointed that there was no a chance made to update their store hours on Google on their website or even on the automated menu for the phone. They claim to be open and even specifically list things giving as a day that they're open on their website. I lost a big client today and I really needed the money so thanks guys

Girl asked if I needed help finding anything ,I said no I got it thanks though. Husband said she visibly rolled her eyes at me. As the other reviews state, they are jerks every single time and act like anyone coming in is an inconvenience. I’m never coming back to this location.

Called to see what time they were open until they said 7:00 so I said okay great. I'll be there 10 minutes before closing. I just have to get one thing. Thank you. Pull up and the young girls in there laughing ducking behind the counter and closed it 10 minutes early. So now I'll never go back

I have never felt discrimination in a Sally’s before but the worker by the name of Miranda at the maize Sally’s definitely made my husband and myself feel unwanted there due to our skin color. I will never spend my money there again and will definitely let everyone know about this experience. Will also be putting this in the McConnell wives page. It is 2022 and we should not be dealing with racism.

I went in looking for blue synthetic hair and I was told there wasn't any available. However, the lady that was working with me was kind enough to help me find another way to still get what I wanted by suggesting a coloring cream that came in a jar. I was very happy with her suggestion and I left very satisfied!

They won’t accept return ( hair dye ) without receipt which I don’t believe to what she said to me. I have purchased so many products in store and return or I’m okay to get store merchandise credit because I shop here a lot . Never go back this location. I opened sally credit card, used my card to make a purchase, they did not even want to take a look. Poor service, not friendly, will never go back. The policy I read online from sally beauty is not what you have said to me ....Wrong !

Was accused of stealing a $2 clearance bottle of conditioner when I was standing at the counter with over $50 worth of products I was about to buy. ???? I literally had to walk over to the clearance table and point out where the bottle was, before she would let it go! I've NEVER been judged by ANYONE at any other Sally's, but this place did and they have the WORST customer service ever! Went to the west Kellogg location to buy everything instead! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location!
