The salon provides excellent services, including waxing, with friendly and respectful staff who are very helpful. Although some customers have expressed disappointment with the changes to the loyalty reward program, where points now expire after 90 days, many have had positive experiences and praise the salon's welcoming atmosphere and polite staff. Despite prices being a bit high, customers continue to return for the quality services and products offered.
