My sister moved to Kansas over two years ago now. She has bragged how much she loves this location and how clean the store is. I flew in this week to visit her and she made sure I was going to experience this location. But as we walked in we saw the Caroline Cart. We both got excited to try it out for her son. My nephew has autism and is non verbal. He elopes at the most random times. So this was going to be something special for him to try. Until that is, Nadia saw us placing him on the cart. She began yelling at us the second we placed him on the cart. Telling us it isn’t for playing on and we couldn’t use the cart. My sister tried to explain to her that my nephew has autism and elopes. But Nadia refused to hear my sister. Nadia began raising her voice at my sister and telling us we couldn’t use the cart. That the cart is not for playing and we couldn’t use it. My sister got upset (rightfully so) and raised her voice explaining my nephew elopes. I even chimed in telling her the same things as my sister just did. Then Nadia began asking my sister if my nephew really does have autism because he looks normal. I asked Nadia if she really said that and then Nadia said he is a beautiful baby. I just shook my head and couldn’t believe someone would really ask that. I don’t know what autism is supposed to look like. But apparently Nadia knows. After my sister again explained to Nadia that my nephew elopes and he is non verbal, Nadia then started yelling at us to use the straps. That we can’t use the cart unless we use the straps. She didn’t even give us a chance to try to strap him in before yelling at us. My nephew barely made it into the seat before she was yelling at us that we couldn’t use it. Then she couldn’t yell at us fast enough to buckle him in. It was completely unnecessary! Then to add insult to injury, we noticed local shoppers just staring at us. It was totally humiliating. Nadia was saying something to customers near her but we couldn’t hear what she was saying. But to watch my sister begin to cry because of that treatment really set me off. I asked an employee for the manager in charge. Kim approached us with kindness and understanding. We calmly explained what happened and once again my sister began to cry. She had to step away because of how bad this whole situation made her feel. Kim apologized and said she would address the situation. I appreciated Kim’s kindness but I can’t understand how any parent with a child who has autism can feel comfortable shopping there. No parent should ever have to experience that. My sister was so excited to show me the comparisons to the Sam’s club back home in California. But that moment was lost in such a terrible act of discrimination. I don’t know what autism is supposed to look like. Maybe Nadia can let me know. But I do know that this wouldn’t have ever happened back home. I immediately took my sister to Costco after and we were able to finish our night and get dinner there. I hope no other parent with a child of any disability ever has to encounter anything like that at this location ever again!! I hope my sister cancels her membership and takes her money elsewhere.

DO NOT TRUST the tire center employees - they STEAL and LIE. We have 3 vehicles all with Sam's tires and have been longtime, loyal customers. Someone stole $200 sunglasses out of our vehicle and the store manager only offered a $25 "courtesy credit". Seems like they don't care that thieves are working for them.

If I were anyone even my worst enemy. Never let Rock road ever touch your vehicle. I had my tire rotation done here for as long as I've lived in here a out 6 years now... well this time whichever tech touched my car didn't twerk the lugs tighten enough which in return over time cause damage that could have caused the death of myself and potentially my 6 yr old daughter. I filed a claim and they came back telling me they found zero negligence. Which is absolutely not true.It shows me that they don't care at all of the lives of others. I will no longer shop at sams for anything or Walmart for that matter since they are owned by the same people. So if you value your life and your loved ones life be very cautious if you do go here. I would give them alot less then a 1 if it was possible.

Their customer service is bad at the Rock Road location. I ordered some items for club pickup, got home and realized I didn't have one of the items. It's a $12+ item so I called to let them know I didn't receive it. They acted disorganized and confused and put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and tried to call back and no one answered the phone. Really?

on December 18th I purchased a tub of potato salad. After I got home and was putting things away I noticed the use by date is December 09 2019. This tub has been in the cooler for nine days past the use by date. Is this how they run their store? They are lacking attention to detail. I think I will start going back to Costco for my shopping. The Sams club this happened at is on North Maize Rd. in Wichita.

The service model in the auto and tire center is just horrible. They expect customers to go find the auto and tire staff to be waited on, usually the poor guys are out working on cars. The worker has to wait on several people at a time, because a line has developed while no one was at the desk, also answering the phones, and somehow find time to work on cars. I’ve been in line now for 20 minutes just waiting to pick my vehicle back up. Really frustrating for everyone involved.

They've gotten better since I wrote the last review. It's cleaner now, and Coke Zero is back in the snack bar. This location still doesn't carry everything that the west location has.
