This is my first time using this company and unless they make things right with me it will be my last. I payed extra money for expedited shipping and never received my order. I contacted the company and the person I spoke to was no help. They did tell me it was delivered into someone's hands. It wasn't my hands!! I asked for my product but now I want a full refund. I will continue to shop at my local Western company. I wouldn't recommend this company because the item I purchased never got to me. I am very disappointed and furthermore no one has money to just be frivolous. I truly am very upset. Because of this someone I love did not get their Christmas gift!!!!!

Hello, I ordered safety shoes from Sheplers, and really no problem, order on July 5, received on the 12 in Corsica.01/09/2019Poor quality shoes, especially for safety shoes.Outsoles already worn out, broken lace, and not very comfortable.

Recent order over website was beautiful experience. Website worked flawlessly, shipping notification with tracking arrived amazingly quickly, item was delivered very fast. Inspection of purchased item revealed perfect condition ready for use. As a long term Sheplers customer, I am aware of the acquisition by Boot Barn and of the many complaints on this page and among other long term customers generally. Additionally, I have had a few wrangles with Boot Barn and am aware of their ethics struggles. Still, there are many articles these companies sell that arrive well made and ready for service. Be alert and work through tangles that may arise

My electronic receipt says my boots estimated shipping will be Feb 12. Well, it's Feb 18 and they can't tell me when they'll begin to ship. They can only guess. They keep putting blame on Justin (their vendor). I didn't buy from Justin I bought from Sheplers so I can only blame Sheplers.

I am so very disappointed in Shepler's and Boot Barn. If I could leave negative stars I would. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and have always enjoyed shopping in their retail stores. Last month I placed my first online order, and today nearly three weeks later, my boots have still not arrived. I alerted both Boot Barn and UPS the day my boots were to arrive, but did not, June 4th. Today it's the 20th of June and I cannot get anyone at Boot Barn to help me. They will not refund my money nor will they ship a new pair of boots. They stated their 'policy' is to wait for UPS to conduct their internal investigation. The problem is, nobody at Boot Barn is actively managing the situation with UPS, it's all on me. I have never had a worse experience with an online retailer. I do not nor should I care about Shepler's relationship with UPS. The boots were lost or stolen, make a decision and provide some decent customer service. At the very least, refund my money immediately. I should not be expected to wait until 'UPS has finished their investigation'. This is disappointing and upsetting, as I needed these boots when I ordered them, and paid for expedited shipping as well. Multiple emails to Boot Barn, multiple emails and calls to UPS, and still no resolution. Customer service works like this - keep your loyal customers happy and they stay with you. If you do not, you lose them forever. So sad that customer service does not exist at Boot Barn/Shepler's. This is a far cry from the company of old. A very loyal customer has now been lost forever. Just refund my money and I will quietly move on to a retailer who is customer focused, and cares about my business.

one star doesn't even cut it.... worst experience of my life. have yet to receive my boots. then to call and find out they will never be shipped because they no longer have them. so instead of emailing me anything I now have to figure out plan B last minuet for his birthday!!!! you can never speak to anyone and wont receive emails. they are a scam I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN YOU ARE WARNED

Customer Service is awful! The wait times for hold are insane then the line will just go dead. I tried to cancel my order since two weeks had lapsed and I never received word on shipping. When I called they said the order hasn't shipped but I couldn't cancel it. I'd have to wait to get the boots (whenever the heck that would be) and then return them. Funny that the order got cancelled and they got their money 3 weeks ago. From others experience it sounds like I should just dispute the transaction with my bank. Total BS

They rope you in with the lowest price, but you may never get your item. Pay attention to the reviews that tell you to "Stay away!" They flat out lied, and said an item was in stock and shipping the next day. It never did. It was a gift. Bummer! Way to kill your own business!

AVOID THESE CROOKS LIKE THE PLAGUE. Shopped online for a hat. Found one I liked for $40.99. Seemed like a pretty good deal, considering that the website stated very clearly that these were "the lowest prices ever", and "25% OFF EVERYTHING" and "NO EXCEPTIONS". When I ordered the hat, it rang up for $54 rather than the $40.99. Sounds like an exception to me. Turns out the 25% off is only for purchases over $100.00 Went ahead and ordered it anyway, and sent in an email request for an explanation. Of course, no reply at all. Seems to be pretty much s. o. p. for Sheplers. I plan to report this to the state attorney general for his investigation into the DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE. Needless to say, this is and will be my FINAL purchase from Sheplers.

Buyers beware: their website says 20% off ANY purchase of $100 or more. That, alone, made me purchase from them. And then I find out the 20% off didn't apply to my Frye boot order. I called them. Their reply: if you click on the *Details (tiny & obscure on the page), you will see that the discount t doesn't apply. What a sneaky, bait & switch way to do business. Shame on them!!! Beware!
