I live in Britain and tried to use the website to buy a straw hat, sadly like most websites it failed. However the excellent staff answering the emails and the phones are fantastic, humans are ace, they were helpful efficient and knowledgeable and they have my eternal thanks. Maybe give them a raise 👍👍👍
