Called 3 Smartstyles when I landed in Wichita Sunday afternoon before getting off the plane for a hair color. Katrina was gracious enough to fit me in at 3:30p. She did a great job, customer focused and excellent customer service. I lucked out. Thank you Katrina and Smartstyle Wichita on W 21st! You're awesome?

I had a haircut done at this location on Saturday and received a horrible cut. Xena was the stylist and even though she is nice she does not need to do fade jobs. My hair was long then got butchered up. I did not notice the issue until I got to my car and put my glasses on. Then instead of calling right away or going back in I made an appointment for lady Jane to fix it because let's be honest if some one messes up a style chances of having some one else at the location fix it is slim to none even though every one is different. The manager Connie seen my cut and never said anything to me or the stylist about it before I left. Then I ended up cutting it all off because no one any where else would have been able to fix it properly with out it looking funky. I also had a date with my kids that day so did not want to wrap my day around a cut gone bad. Then tried to contact them on Monday and no luck since they were closed by not having proper staff is what management told me. Connie was very rude when I spoke with her and I my self will never go back and will advise any one looking for a cut to go else where.Service: Haircut

I booked an appointment online. I had confirmation of my scheduled appointment. The day of the appointment I received a message that my appointment was canceled. I immediately called to find out why and was very rudely told that I never had an appointment. There was no apology, no attempt to reschedule, and I was spoken to with a horrible attitude. I will not be going to this location for anything again.

I made an appointment online, called to check and when I get there the lady is rude, sruggi g her shoulders and says she won't have time cause she book another appointment an hour apart. I asked of anyone else was available and she kept saying no, while another employee sat behind her watching she then tried to turn it on me saying I didn't explain online what all I wanted, when the option was available was color..... Ido not recommend this location.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I went to get my hair cut at Smart Style. I just needed a trim, so I figured they would be able to handle this... I had a man named Adrian. Lovely person, good conversation. I had him wash my hair before hand so it was wet and I could not see the damage he had done until I got home and dried it myself... Please go spend a few extra bucks.. my 20 dollar hair cut is going to turn into 75$ since I have to go find someone who actually knows what they are doing to fix this disaster.. He stripped me of my confidence.

I've tried multiple times to make a post to SmartStyle Hair Salons but apparently I'm blocked. This is what I wanted versus what I got. I asked her to style my hair curly so I didnt have to for the awards ceremony this weekend. I left the salon in tears. I specified I only use a 1 inch barrel or bigger to curl my hair. She used at least a 1/2 inch or smaller. When I clearly looked unhappy, she decided to put pomade into my hair making it sticky and gross. I asked her to at le
