This location is somewhat difficult to access. Also a little bit expensive. Might depend on what you get. I've been here a few times and I've always gotten the "Strawberry Extreme" it's very delicious and I would highly recommend it.

Google and Smoothie King app show store opening at 6:30 AM. Store was not open at 6:45. Change your hours online.

This location is fantastic! I usually order from here once a week either through the app or drive through, and I am in and out in less than five minutes. If I pick up my online order, the staff always make sure to greet me even if they are busy preparing other orders. Their staff is friendly, energetic, and always welcoming! Plus, my orders are always correct. As I have been visiting them over the last 2 to 3 months, I have had no problems. 10/10 recommend this location!

The quality is good, however the wait is forever.IF THEY HAVE TWO LANES OPEN GO TO THE ONE CLOSEST TO THE BUILDING. WE WERE IN THE ONE FURTHER AWAY AND THEY TOOK THREE CARS ORDERS BEFORE THEY TOOK OURS!!!!!IF YOU CAN'T RUN TWO LANES, DON'T!!!

Super disappointed, went to take our son for a recovery smoothie. Arrived 840pm and told us they were closed. Sign states 9pm. I understand time to clean but hours of operations means you're open. Would love to hear from management.

The staff still delivered the same great flavor and blended the smoothies well to be nice and thick despite being a new location in Wichita. They were also nice and were trying their very best to provide quick and efficient service to their customers. The establishment is very spacious and clean as well.

Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes with only 3 vehicles in front of us. When we finally got to the window our small strawberry banana smoothie was mostly melted.

The staff is extremely rude. I came in at 9 am when there was only 1 other customer(so they weren’t busy), yet they spoke to me as if I was an annoyance. They weren’t just unfriendly, but they were rude. Furthermore, after acting like I was taking up too much of their time, one of the two girls working took a phone call from her significant other. Overall, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I stopped at the Rock & 96 location on the way home from an appointment. It took about 20 minutes to get my smoothie with only 2 cars in front of me. I ordered the same smoothie that I get EVERY time (Mango Strawberry Pure Recharge) so I know what it should taste like and this smoothie was awful. It tasted like water with a few strawberries mixed in. There was obviously ingredients that were forgotten. I tried to go into the lobby to have the remake it but it was closed due to COVID and there were 6 cars in the drive-thru when I left and didn’t have time to wait. When I got back to Derby, I went to my normal location and they told me they would not remake it because it was from a different location. Sigh. $6 into the trash. A refund would be greatly appreciated!
