Not sure if the drive thru lady with the brown hair thought I was gonna hit on her or something it was around 9pm, but I just came to get food for my wife and kids. She walks off & the guy with the long beard walks up and stares me down for whatever reason then hands me my food. I’m definitely never going back to that location… I just want food, I don’t have time or energy to worry about a drive thru employee(s) paranoia or whatever they are on, and she definitely isn’t worth the great life I have with my family. But ain’t going back there, weirdos.

Getting A meal here Is like a side of the flu possibly even COVID-19.There was a man with a long white, gray beard that brought this order out. Roughly around 3:44pm November 28, 2023.He proceeded to cough all over the drink then proceeded to thoroughly drench the food in his phlegm.Someone want to convince me to EVER buy from here again?! What are they doing in the kitchen if this guy thinks that disgusting display is acceptable.I AM expecting a response from the owner.That guy FIRED!PERIOD

9 pm. It’s late. I finished work and had to pick up a bag of ice for my mom so naturally I went to Sonic. (She says they have the best ice) Anyway, so I’m ordering at the drive thru and I made possibly one of the best decisions of my life. When the kind worker asked if I wanted anything else, I hesitated. To get a fry… or not get a fry… that was the question. I did obviously. I drove up to the window, I got my ice, and then…. I waited. After about 3 minutes time, my lovely small fry was given to me. The moment the bag entered my car, I was already happier. So I drove away, content with my purchase. As one does, I wanted to try them right away. I kid you not it was like fireworks went off as soon as the potato hit my tastebuds. (Funny enough I was actually listening to a song called Taste as I was eating them) But anyway, back to my monologue. The whole way home I only thought one thought: I need to call them and thank them personally for how amazing these fries are. I genuinely felt like an extra year of life was granted to me when I tasted them. I could tell they were a fresh batch right away. So in conclusion, I’d like to thank the staff of Sonic at 47th and Seneca for the stunning, delicious, literally perfect fries that I received the night of November 12th at approximately 8:50 PM. Thank you. I love you. You’re doing amazing. You made my night. :)Edit: THEY GAVE ME A SOFT PEPPERMINT TOO. I LOVE SOFT PEPPERMINTS WITH EVERY INCH OF MY SOUL.

Every time I go to this sonic, they get my order wrong, or it's not very fresh. This time it was both. The tortillas on my wraps were stale. Save yourself the moneyand frustration and go somewhere else.

The food is typically hot and fresh, hit & miss on if it’ll actually be correct. Idk if they need a new speaker, headsets or both but they have a very hard time hearing me at the drive thru and I can barely hear them. I don’t even try a stall because the amount of time you’ll wait will double. There’s one girl who is friendly, the rest seem to hate their lives. This sonic has gone downhill in the last couple of years but has really been terrible the last 6 months or so. I might as well drive to Haysville, I’d probably get my food faster driving the extra couple of minutes out of my way and if the trend continues at this location I don’t see it surviving.

I've been sitting in my car for 10 minutes after I pushed the button. There are like 6 other cars out here that have not gotten service either. They are starting to drive off. They won't answer the phone... This is the worste customer service I've ever experienced. Go to the one on 47th.

8/10 around 7pm. Nobody in the drive-thru. The girl came on the speaker said she would be with me in a few minutes. Seven minutes later, decided I did not need a $4 lemonade that bad and left.
