Really enjoy sonic and it's food. However....Sonic Corp.If you don't have a policy in place already to weekly check the functionality of your stalls, you really really need one.Two locations I've visited this week in Wichita and one in Hillsboro a few weeks ago where the stalls electronic equipment was not functioning properly or not at all.Employees are great, just the equipment needs serviced!

first off we got the wrong shakes then when getting new ones they were melted and had ice cream all over the sides and were poorly mixed and filled. over all it wasn’t the location because i’ve been there many times and never had an experience like this but maybe the workers who effected this experience.

Everyone at this location was friendly, helpful and overall had good energy would definitely recommend this store to others, I will be coming back in the future.Parking: Spacious and allows plenty of room for comfort and order availability.

Had issue with manager not wanting to do blast on sale with code I had to read message but have family high up in management at sonic too so she finally accepted it but didn't want to.... it was kinda bad buisness for that location probably won't go back to that location again...I haven't had bad experiences but that one was 1 ill never forget....if allowed for app and has code should be allowed at any sonic just saying I don't know if it was a bad day or what.... but not proper management tactics for any manager so may consider if that manager should really be in management... as im good at character to realize if people are in right job placement and I do nor feel this one is.. my opinion of course but I taken management with education being my strength right now I cansay I would not hire her if I was upper management...for certain. She's bound to chase off more customers with her attitude than she brings in.... costing g reputation of a good buisness.... sadly... it was not a great experience for not only me but 2 friends with me... so yeah I may have been only one ordering it but she didn't have to be so rude...its bad buisness all the way around .... I will gladly go elsewhere. I do not use apps as I will not use cards..

this is the second time i have gone to this sonic and had a bad experience. Last time my order was wrong and cold. tonight i decided to give it another try and again had a bed experience. I got cinnamon bites but had no icing. i ordered a small rootbeer float and was charged and give a large. my boyfriend got a burger with not lettuce and tomato but they put lettuce and tomato’s.Parking: good

Stephanie is awesome. She gave my dog treats and water. She had an excellent attitude and made a fast food experience seem like a dine in. There should be more people like her in the service industry.

This location has games to play out front. They really try to make it more than just your typical pull up and leave sonic experience. One of the best in Wichita!
