I've recently dealt with 2 different locations of SNB. Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. One officer stayed late on a Friday to help us get our business taken care of. That was way above and beyond my expectations.

Scott Green, a loan officer, is one of the most disrespectful individuals I’ve ever dealt with. He needs to be fired. Calls me to speak about my car loan, asks his questions and before I can even get a word out to ask mine he “thanks me for my candor” and immediately hangs up. Victor Ramirez is a great associate of SWNB. He takes the time to help and understand his clients needs and is very knowledgeable in his field. I have banked with Southwest since I moved here in 1976. The late Mr. Naftzger loaned my business partner and me money to start a successful publication. Today, the bankers at Southwest's branch bank on Douglas and Armour have been extremely helpful in navigating an estate I administer. In fact, without Kale Zimbleman, I would be lost in the maize. I have lived in five much larger cities and states and have never had the customer service I enjoy at this bank. I personally think the bank is managed very well. I will always remain a grateful customer!

We waited for a hour and a half just to realize the lady up front could have helped us the hole time and the other lady is now taking a lunch and no one told us anything like hey this might take a minute for us to help out these people ahead of you couldn't even get signed up had to leave cause they said to get an account itll take about another hour to do so very upsetting and unprofessional someone could have said something to us

They want to charge $10.00 to cash a check that there Customer writes a check for services. Thats not the way to run your business!!! Intrust bank dont charge for cashing there customers checks that they write, Great Bank!!!!
