“My family moved into a home with a pool a couple months ago, and we had no idea how to mantain, etc. We stayed with Ultra Modern because thats who th024. e previous home owners used. We are so happy that we did. Our pool tech is Landon, and he is a pool rock star! This young man is super detailed, professional, a great communicator, and he definately knows pools.We recommend Ultra Modern...see you all for pool opening in2024! “UPDATE: it took some doing, but I am happy to say that, ultimately, TGW took responsibility for the problem and made things right. They gave me a gift card for the value of the items I returned, and threw in a sweetener for my trouble. I appreciate the integrity they demonstrated, and will happily continue to use them as the go-to for many of my golf needs.______________________________________If there is any chance you’ll need to return the item, buy somewhere else.TGW touts “Free Exchanges.” What they don’t say is they’ll pay for the return shipping, but you’ll have to repurchase the item and pay to ship it (unless your order is $99 or more). Then you’ll have to wait for a credit that may or may not come.In my case, I went through a chat and two phone calls to make sure they understood the returned items were a gift, and that the credit should be posted to my account, rather than to the original payment source. Two of their agents assured me it would be.A week after Fed Ex said the returned item had been delivered to TGW, I called to ask when my credit would post. The agent said she could see in my record that the refund was supposed to post to my account, but it had been refunded to the original payment source instead. I asked her how TGW would make it right? She said she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do, then helpfully suggested that I contact the gift giver to see if they would send me the refund they received (!).I asked to speak to her supervisor and after a lengthy hold, she came back on the line and said her supervisor would call me back. At this point, you’ll not be surprised to learn that call never came.”

“It's a great club for kiddos learning to swim. The instructors are great! I'm in awe of the progress our 3 and 5 year old have made in the last 4 months there. They also do offer adult lessons, but not at the same time as kid ones, so you wouldn't be able to take lessons the same time as the little ones.”

“Brought in two older bows. A 2005 Hoyt VTEC and an old 1992 Hoyt Super slam for new strings, D loops and paper tune.Took about two weeks to complete.I asked them not to tune the super slam. Thought I had a plan for it, but isn't worth putting more money into. One tech kinda messed with me about it being 30 years old. Well, I'm old to so that makes two of us.Shot a lot of tournaments, deer and turkeys with that bow. Hard to let go.They did tune the 2005 Hoyt VTEC. I've never used their indoor range before. The tech who helped me was great. Set me up and stood by while I checked it at 10 yd. First and second arrows dead center.Moved to 20 yd and grouped four arrows on top of each other. Didn't make any adjustments to 20 yd site pin at all. Absolutly thrilled. Great job.Found techs to be friendly helpful and professional with a bit of arrogance but I get that. You can be when your good at what you do.Very pleasant visit.I plan on buying a new bow in the next couple months, I'll definitely be back.”

“I ran across a shurtz cue made in the 90’s. had bob make two shafts for it. I have played pool with every cue you can think of from JF southwest custom cues to schons. I’ve had a shurtz in my case for 15 years. By far my favorite.”

“The boot sale is what brought me in, the clearance selection was what made me stay.One pair of Bearpaw boots I wanted didn't have the right size but the awesome employee made me aware that she can order them and have them sent to me free of shipping. They arrived at my house 3 days later!!For disliking shoe shopping, this gal left the store with 4 pairs of shoes and one on the way. 2 boots on sale, 1 pair of discounted crocks, 2 clearance sandals and 1 can of waterproofing spray. Think I am set for a while.”

“Joey is friendly and professional. He is great with keeping up with communication and knowledge about the products. The kids have enjoyed the play set so far. I think the slides are a little flimsy because I am about 135 pounds and when I get on the slide it moves a lot. Some of the parts were installed incorrectly but Joey and his Manager made sure they had it corrected in a timely manager. I do not think the installers are "part" of ways to play unsure but so far I am happy with the purchase and the customer service from Joey. The playsets are very pricey but I am going to believe I am paying for Quality.”

“I do not even know where to begin. Wow. Is all I can say about this establishment. I have never experienced such a welcoming staff in a retail store. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by 3 different staff members- all with the most energetic and friendly demeanor. As I was shopping, a staff member offered to help me get anything down and asked if I needed any assistance finding anything. When it was time to check out, a friendly young lady even offered to gift wrap my items. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience, I will be returning and telling all of my friends!”

The staff set me up with a variety of leggings and sizes (I wasn't exactly sure what size I would be in this brand). They encouraged me to "fashion show" for them and helped me talk through my concerns and what I required for my activity level. These guys are top-notch! They really made me feel special and went above and beyond to help!”
