They replaced two tips for me, and one was on a Predator Revo carbon fiber shaft. These guys are craftsman, the whole place is a workshop. If you've got expensive cues that need work, you can trust these guys.

I ran across a shurtz cue made in the 90’s. had bob make two shafts for it. I have played pool with every cue you can think of from JF southwest custom cues to schons. I’ve had a shurtz in my case for 15 years. By far my favorite.
