I’ve only had T-Mobile for two months and I’ve been bombarded with all sorts of fees. Told west location of these issues and how rock location helped me out with these annoyances and west location told me to go to rock location for help. Zero stars

Came in to upgrade my daughter's phone. Was told that we would get the phone for free with an upgrade to the plan and trade in of the old device. Went for it. Got my bill. They didn't actually upgrade the plan and I'm being charged for the phone, and the still got my daughter's old device. Would have loved it if they followed through with what they said they would do.

Where do I start, first off I got a new hotspot device as a back up for my credit card terminal. The attendant that helped me was nice, however without my consent added insurance on the device and 10 gigs when I said I only need 2. This ballooned the cost more than double what I thought I would be paying for. Just found out about all this when the bill came in this month. Had to go through their customer service for over an hour to get it rectified. What they did is immoral and vile. Tacking on fees without customers knowledge to get more commission.Secondly, I went in to ask about phone upgrades a few days after the first incident. They made it seem like why was I even at their location. I’m bothering them by asking about their products and services, and wasting their time. After which we went to the Rock road and 29th location where the staff was well trained, attentive and helpful.I do not recommend going to this location unless you prefer terrible customer service and being over charged without your consent. I would not have written this review but they have consistently failed to deliver in one aspect or the other.

If you want to work with people that truly enjoy watching customers suffer than the two monkeys at this store are the perfect fit for you. Also inside of the store is nasty... floor is peeling up all over the place and it smells of mold.

I went to make a payment of $525 to pay off a phone. T mobile online never found the payment after this payment in store. Called the store no help manager never called back. Paid again online now I'm out the $525 i paid in store. My cc company called the company, the company told them they got it and it's non refundable regardless if the receipt says it is. But noted all over my account it says the funds werent able to be applied to the account, even thought they saw the payment. I'm still battling t mobile and the cc company to get my money back I paid in store. I would never make another payment at this store.

Came in today, and bought 3 phones using T-Mobile for the first time. I was thrilled to have Sopanadeth assist me with everything. She was honestly the best! She was knowledgeable about absolutely all the deals and etc. And offered me absolutely all that I was able to get with my service. I was very happy with my new phones, and I highly recommend this store

Rep. Lied in-store maple ridge Wichitaks, knew my offer was $400 tradein, got 0$ until I called customer service. My rate was returned to $50 month, Beware

I went and waited for help after an employee finished helping with a customer then someone else walked in. They just got help right away. I thought whoever comes first, gets help first, but not.

Two days ago it took forever to be helped. My phone was doing all kinds of crazy things. I even could not completely shut down the phone. I was able to get an up grade. I wanted a screen protector. He gave me liquid film instead of a screen protector. It was $20.00 more. He did not even ask if I wanted the liquid. My phone was scratched less than 24 hours later! I went back to the store upset yesterday. When I left I was even madder!!! The next day, today I went to a different T-Mobile. I told my situation. She apologized over and over. She showed me a package he should have gave me from the liquid cloth. It tells about a warranty. Overall I love T-Mobile.
