Don't buy from there. The sales manager, jacks on a lot of worthless things like a gap policy that pays nothing cause the amount I paid. they do not check there vehicles before saleing them, otherwise, would have known van has no spare tire and and no tire tools in vehicle, worst dealership I ever got a vehicle from, don't call them super car guys, call them con arrist car guys.

All these people do is waste your time and promise things they have absolutely no intention of following through on. What's worse is that they tell you over the phone that you are pre-approved, make you drive 30 minutes to an hour to meet with you in person, take you on a couple of test drives, and make promises to send you home with a car and to make car buying easy and enjoyable only to waste 4 hours of your time while they cheer and slap eachother on the back side every 5 minutes, check your credit score repeatedly knocking it down each time, insist that you need a cosigner even though they told you that you were pre-approved by yourself, repeatedly check your cosigner's credit knocking that down as well, and then finally at after hours of this they tell you that they supposedly can't and won't help you and act like it is all your fault. It's one of the worst used car dealerships ever! Do not go to these people unless you enjoy being jerked around, lied to, and having your time wasted.

Julian went absolutely above and beyond to get us into a good car today. He listened to us on our concerns about car size as me and my husband are very tall people, and got us into something fantastic and better than expected. I love our new car! If your credit is bad, they’ll still work with you, I absolutely recommend having co-signers!Jalissa also did phenomenal with getting us insurance, and even heard and remembered that we were also looking for renters and bundled it for us ahead of time! The experience was wonderful overall and everyone is very attentive and caring to your needs and wants! Pick super car guys above everyone! You won’t regret it!

I made a deal with one of their employees to sell my car for $24,500. He was clear that was his offer and I was clear I wouldn't take less. We make an appointment. I arrive and sit and wait for 45 minutes just for him to put "his boy" on the phone who then tells Mr the person who looks at the cars isn't there and they can only give me $21,000. I'm all for them making their money and even okay with certain sales tactics. But making a deal them coming up with bogus explanations and not paying up isn't okay. I have screenshots of the conversations. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

Hands down the worst repair shop ever. I left without a engine mount bolt. Due to hatred. The shop manager did not care for me. I’ve had my car repaired elsewhere. My kids ride in that car. There was no need for that. If he had a problem with me, he should’ve been a man an said something to me. He chose the shady route. This is my story. It’s not going to change& unfortunately that’s the whole group you are dealing with. Corey, I’ve prayed many times on your behalf. For you to be a decent human being. Have the day you deserve. I wouldn’t suggest a reply on Super Car Guys behalf. It’s my experience. Take it for what it’s worth.

The entire staff at this location were phenomenal and really did a great job working with me! Daniel and Ryan are top tier! If I could give 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I ever had to deal with a "reputable car dealership" being so awful, unprofessional and selling a lemon. My 22 year old daughter who is a single mom bought a car in March 2023 and not even 3 weeks maybe later, it broke down with a blown head gasket. Went to the shop, they put her in a POS loaner with flat tires and an illegal broken speedometer. Got her car back and not even a month later, alternator went out. She broke down with a 4 year old in 100 degree heat. Her vehicle has been in the shop more than she has driven it. And their loaner cars are unreliable and awful. When I called to speak to Brandon the manager at North Rock, he was rude and unprofessional. He talked down to me, lacked compassion for a 22 year old single mom that they sold an unreliable vehicle to and told us she still has to pay $100 deductible even though she hasn't even drove it long enough. He then had the audacity to try to throw in my face that they tried to call her for a week and a half when they were calling the wrong number. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We are contacting the BBB, Kansas Consumer Protection Agency and whomever else necessary ESPECIALLY when she has continued to pay her car payments for HER car not POS loaners.

Never ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I went and looked at a vehicle, actually picked one out of like 3. They gave me the price I came back home. My fiancé at the time went back and test drove it for me while I was out of town and she left a deposit in the vehicle. They sent me the contract to sign and the APR was a lot higher than what was originally told and all of a sudden the price of the car was more than quoted. I was still going thru with the deal and then they told me to let finance company know I was in possession of vehicle when I hadn't touched the car. The sales manager and sales repPromised me my deposit was refundable and here we are 4 months later and I still have yet to receive my deposit and now have to go to small Claims court behind it because no one answers the phones or returns calls. The sales manager said they issued a check and that was 3 months ago. On top of that some how the cat had still manage to go on my credit and the finance company had not been aware of that and had no knowledge as to why. This place needs to be shut down by the BBB. I trusted them and this is what happens when you go against what others recommended you not do..... see you guys in court over a deposit. Clowns

So for starters the customer service was fantastic and we got the car we wanted and the payments we wanted. They went out of their way to get us in the truck. But be aware of the extended warranty loopholes and tricks. The salesman who sold us the truck advised us that the services can be done by anyone anywhere. That’s a lie. Just tried to have my truck fixed. For a know. Common dodge hemi exhaust manifold problem and since my oil changes weren’t done by a certified mechanic they are not gonna honor my warranty and I have to pay to fix it. Read all your paperwork it’s long and annoying but the salesman lied to us and now we are stuck either with a broken truck or I’m out $2000 for repairs that should be covered. Read all your paperwork.

Such a great experience!! I have recently been in bundle with another dealership Z Auto selling me a lemon. So I was skeptical about ever going to another dealership like that. Once I arrived Lameshio approached me and has been amazing ever since! He has been super helpful and very caring with the process of looking for a great fit. I definitely recommend them and ask for Lameshio if you can. I am finally able to trust someone and buy a working car!!

All around ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I'm a single mom who just needed to car! Little did I know I would get one just for it to have problems! Purchased it May 3rd, just to put in back in there possession May 30th with problems! They keep giving me the run around! Will not nor can they give me any updates on it! Going on 2 months now! They've had my car longer "fixing it" Than I've even owned it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A CAR FROM THEM AT ALL! CROOKS!I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau!

Gary in the service department is very rude. Can not talk to customers politely. Will not fix issues with your vehicle. Will NEVER recommend super car guys at all to anyone to buy anything. If you have to take your vehicle to the shop there, they put you in a POS vehicle that smells bad and barely runs. First 2 purchases were great. This last one the worst experience I have ever had with people there. I would highly recommend buying somewhere else. I am very upset with the way they treat previous customers. 5 years ago I bought my new vehicle from Super Car Guys on the East side of Wichita. It has been a fantastic vehicle for the past 5 years. So I decided to pay them a visit about 3 weeks ago just to look around and see what they have to offer. I walked in with quite a check list of features I wanted on the car and requirements I wanted if I was going to purchase a new car. I worked with Sebastian Penaloza and a couple of his co workers. All of them were phenomenal. I walked out with a new vehicle and all the boxes checked that I had walked in with. I appreciate how professional and knowledgeable everyone was. They really went out of their way to make sure that all my requirements were met. I really want to thank all of the sales people for working so hard to give me what I want. It is truly appreciated

New UPDATE 4/29/23 - Sebastian and his team were great in helping us pick out the best car for my husband, and then went above and got me one too. They are all very nice.. and cookies are going to them this weekend. :) But Sebastian was a joy to be around, and it was fun talking to him about old cars (1950's to 1970's). Very respectful and my elderly Mother got the biggest kick out of him. We tried other car dealership that was in our home town, but got treated like we weren't good enough to set a foot on their property. You should never judge a book by the cover, you never know what a great book it will be. Thank you Sebastian and the Rock st Team. We will buy from you again!!!Cassandra

I walked in thinking i was just going to be looking at cars, little did i know i would be leaving in a beautiful civic 2 hours later, thanks to their wonderful salesman Micah. He made the process quick and simple. if you are looking to get a car this is the place and Micah is your guy!
