Experience happened Friday, March 15th, slightly before 9:00PM CST.My husband had placed an order on their app for him and my nephews. I went to go pick it up. It was busy and they had orders stolen/missing, which in turn made some orders backed up or people getting the wrong order, so had to wait, which was fine. Once I got our order and took the food back home, we found out that one of my nephews were missing their entire order. He and I went back while the others stayed behind and I had the order that my husband texted me. We waited again for them to make that and it was busier than the 1st time I went in, with people waiting on their order or having not had their order placed yet. When we were about to be handed our food, I heard one of the employees in the back asking another employee when handing the bag to them "Are they here?", the other one asked, "Is this _ order", they said "Yeah, here's their bag and tell them to "f" themselves". I know I didn't get word for word on that conversation, but I heard the confirmation that it was our order and the response that was said directly after the bag was given to the employee who gave it to me (about the "f" part). I told my husband about it when I got home and he called to make sure that they knew what they did was wrong. It's okay to be upset and stressed and even vent to your coworkers, but it's not acceptable to let customers hear that. I'm not sure if the whole store heard what that employee said, but I'm sure others standing near me probably heard it. I'm not sure anyone will actually read this long message, and I'm not one to post a bad rating, but I feel like this needed to be said and vented about.

WAs never much on going to a fast food Taco restaurant but just needed a snack so went to the drive thru and ordered a Stacker. I must say it was quite tasty. I do wish their side orders of rice were a bit bigger but for 99 cents it is enough.

Went to get some dinner, sat at the speaker waiting for my order to be taken for about 8 minutes, drove to the window was told they didn’t hear me?? You have cameras. Wouldn’t take my order so had to drive back around and wait in line for my food for another 15 min, didn’t even get asked for sauce, didn’t realize till I got home, so yes past 6-8 months this Taco Bell is going downhill, use to be the best in Wichita

*Dont order the Chips as a side*The last 2 online orders I've had, they forgot the chips, the guy at the window just handed me a bag even though i ordered a box and didnt say anything to indicate he was done.

This location is notorious for being so busy. I think there was around 12 cars in line. I drove down Maize to the location down there and had no one in line. Sometimes the extra drive is worth it.

This Taco Bell has been extremely slow for the past 6 to 8 months consistently. I have tried everything drive through, in store order, in store pickup, and mobile app ordering. It consistently takes up to 30 minutes of waiting in line. I have sat at the window and watched them turn off the window tracking order time and turn it back on to reset the timer of how long people have been waiting. It’s faster for me to drive to the next nearest location, 2.3 miles, than it takes for me to wait in line here. Taco Bell is supposed to be fast and consistent. And this location is anything but.

Usually a good place to eat. But this time not so. My soft tacos were wet, even the wrappers were wet. They were so soggy I didn't eat the shells.

I went inside to place an order for dine in. I waited at least 10 minutes without anyone coming to the counter. There was at least 4 people working, no one appeared to work the front counter. I walked out without ordering. I will not return to that particular Taco Bell location due to poor service!

New review ⭐Update- dropped 2 star ⭐. Waiting now 45 plus minutes for a 12 pack of tacos. Came inside after 10 min in the drive thru and never moved a single car length. Should have moved on and went somewhere else. It's just not worth this kind of wait. To the managers....do better for your staff. Do better for customers.Old review ⭐⭐⭐It was an ok trip to taco Bell. Person was friendly but got my order wrong. Also tables were wipped down with overly wet rag leaving everything wet. Food was good.
