We went in to look for my daughter a pair of jeans on Sunday Nov. 2nd . It was close to closing time it was 5:52 when we walked in . We were greeted by just to let you know we close in 5 min. Not hello or anything just basically they didn’t want us in there even though we actually had 8 min. I assured her we would be fast . My daughter found a pair of jeans she wanted to try on it is now 5:54 I ask if we could use a fitting room I was told no. They closed them . So I went to the front and ask the manager as the girl who was very polite told me to do. The manager was the same lady who had greeted us . She told me no they were ready to close . I looked at her and said seriously? She said yes seriously I let her know they still had 5 min at this point to close she told me I was incorrect I simply ask for her name and the corporate # ? She again told me no I didn’t need her name and I could get the # online. I let her know she was rude we were trying to hurry just trying to find jeans. She very rudely went and unlocked a room . She then informed me how rude I was and that I threw a fit which I didn’t I never yelled raised my voice just let her know I worked retail and I know she wasn’t handling the situation correctly. She told me we should of managed our time better and got to the store sooner . I explained we had been at the mall at multi stores prior just hadn’t had any luck so we wanted to see if they had anything . She said I let you in after your fit and watch you won’t buy anything anyway.. she went on and on . I am unsure what has happened to Costco service . We weren’t in the store past 6 which is when they closed . If this is how they train managers to treat people then I would not recommend shopping here ever.

Sales associate Anna assisted me in picking out the perfect G-Shock. She is knowledgeable and was super helpful when it came to making a decision. I was on the fence on purchasing or not but her positive attitude and smile really sealed the deal. You've got a Tilly's customer for life. Kudos!

I always go to tillys to get my clothes and it is really fun in there and the atmosphere is very amazing and i appreciate all the workers for making my day always when i go in. LIVE LAUGH LOVE TILLYS

My daughter wears a medium or large depending on the store Holi☆ she wears a size 13 jeans, but Tillys 2X shirt fit like an XS! I was hesitant to let her try clothes on here as I could see how tiny they were, she picked up a size 13 jeans and they looked like a size 5. It's strange too because some of the same brands in a different store fit! Most of their shirts are baby teesnow too, which might be why. Needless to say, we won't be back. For the sake of my daughter's self esteem.

Returned some skates I ordered online because they were a little snug. The girls were super sweet and complementary. The money went on my card quickly and for the full amount of the purchase. I enjoy having a so cal shop in Kansas. Will be back!

Never had a problem until today - gal working was extremely rude and obviously didn't want to be there. Asked for a size in shoes, her response "don't have them" and walked away without even looking at the ones we were asking about. Spent our money at Journeys instead.....
