Very unimpressed with my experience recently and will be shopping other carriers. Communication with the office staff would be my biggest complaint. I have nothing negative to say about Tod as my interaction with him when first purchasing my vehicle in 2021 was positive.

IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER VEHICLE (+25 years old) DO NOT GET STATE FARM.Called to get my 85 dodge insured. Wanted basic liability. Spent a day arguing about whether or not it is classified as an antique (according to the state it is?). Sent a bunch of pictures for them to tell me they didn't think it was nice enough to qualify.Apparently, if your car isn't in absolutely pristine condition (my car has less than 80k miles and is all original turbo, leather, upholstery, top and spends all its time in my garage) you have to take the MUCH pricier "private passenger" insurance.Go somewhere else for that coverage. Thank you for that advice, Kellie.They're fine for my 2008 Azera though. It's relatively reasonably priced. This experience has definitely soured my opinion of this branch, however.
