I went to Tommy’s at 1256 N Greenwich at 1:00pm on June 9th. As I went through the wash I noted the same young man who checked me in walking alongside the front driver’s side of my vehicle. When I got to the dryer area and I could clearly see him I looked at him and gave a thumbs up as to see if all was OK, he returned the thumbs up and left the area. When I went to the vacuum area, I noted another young man walking towards me. He looked at the driver’s side of my vehicle (I was on the passenger side), said nothing, and walked away. Now I know why – I believe they or their machines noted something was amiss with my vehicle as on my way home I heard a strange noise. When I got home I noted the molding over the driver’s side wheel well was loose as was the side molding at the bottom of the driver’s door. No one said anything to me. Just be honest and say something. (Fortunately I was able to get the snaps back into the molding with some needle nose pliers and press the molding back onto the body.)

So as I took my vehicle through the car wash evidently, they had it turned up, because my mirrors both went the wrong way and then they're red noodle things. Things snapped off it is up on my car, then fell off. Around the dryer area, which bent a part on my vehicle. Still trying to figure out if they're going to cover that

I had a wonderful experience here! Cael came out and helped me while I was vacuuming. He was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

Staying in town for training and took my aunt’s fancy car through here. The guy at the window was awesome and even gave me a free wash card when he found out I was there for the week so that I could come back. I chose the highest level wash and it was perfect. The employee even came out when I was vacuuming and asked if I was happy with the wash. Employees like that make businesses thrive. Only recommendation would be shammy cloths. At other washes I have been to they hand you a cloth prior to going in so you can wipe your interior.

It's alright for a half decent wash. They can accommodate dually trucks but the bed has to be empty. Large SUV'S it lacks severely on the rear hatch

This is bullshit. You pay for a monthly membership and the equipment is always broke but you can drive to the west one there equipment is never done much less down for over a month. (The car matt machine). I'm sorry I want my $$ back.

Been I member for over a year. Have 3 vehicles on membership, to me seems the quality of this location has gone pretty bad. Lately I noticed more damage to the paint , not only that but they are more dirty each time, the pressure on the vacuum it’s BAD
To top it off the Mat washing machines are bad all the time. Please change admin or close business, so disappointed

Went in for a wash in August before a road trip. The folks said they would give me a month's worth of washes for the same price and not sign me up for any subscriptions. This was a LIE.
Checking my credit card statement, they signed me up for a $43 a month subscription without my knowledge. Extremely deceitful business. Only redeeming quality is that customer service was quick to cancel the subscription and refund me the charges they charged to my card.
I do not recommend Tommy's car wash as they lie and will sign you up for subscription and tell you they are not.
