Shane got me in to do my front brakes, oil change and check my tire pressure the same day l called him. I must say they did a great job. He answered my questions l asked him. l can feel my car drives well now. I appreciate him and the staff for the job well done.

Called ahead about damage to the sidewall of my tire. Rather then prepare for my arrival, they only bothered to order it after I arrived. After waiting 2 hours, the part was supposed to be there, but instead had just been shipped.
The quality of the work was good, and the staff were friendly and polite, however, the vendors leave something to be desired. Also the customer service is lacking, don't make me wait 3 hours for something that takes 30 minutes. Don't tell me to bring it in and we can take care of it right away if you don't have the parts needed for the job.
Overall not a bad experience, but I felt they weren't respectful of my time.

I took my sons 2013 Malibu into Tracys for an electrical concern. We had just bought him this car a few months ago. Shane got the car in right away and found the issue to be a wiring concern. They were beyond reasonable on the price too. They are GREAT!!

Decided to upgrade the tires to my 2023 Chevrolet Blazer. After researching, I decided on the Continental Cross Contact LX25 tires. I also decided to patronize a local family automotive business. Business lobby was exceptionally clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They installed my tires that I ordered from them, in a very reasonable amount of time. They even made sure that my wheels were in proper alignment. New vehicle wheels are often out of alignment from the vehicle shipping process. They did find that both of my passenger side tires were out of alignment by 1%. This was remedied and they reset the TPMS sensor's as well. After installation, I thought the new tires looked very good. I took a short trip up to Halstead and ate, and then returned home. The new tires were smoother and soaked up road imperfections better than the OEM tires. Overall very happy with my purchase and decision to get my tires from a local family business, as opposed to a national chain outlet.

A few days ago I noticed a wire hanging dangerously low to the ground under my car. I took it in to Tracy's on W.21st St., without an appointment, to have it looked at. Turns out, the brackets broke that held the wire in place for one of the oxygen sensors. The mechanic fixed the problem within 10 mins and even repositioned my heat shield that was bent. Everyone at the counter was very courteous and the mechanic explained his fix in detail. The best part was there was no charge for the work done. I know the fix was very simple and not very time consuming, but I was still impressed with the complimentary service. I would definitely recommend Tracy's and will be using them again for future needs. Oh and by the way, this review was not solicited in any way!
