don't take anything to these people to repair. I don't believe that they are dishonest I believe that they are totally incompetent. I made the mistake of taking my ford work van to them because they are close enough for me to walk home after dropping my vehicles off. I've had issues in the past with their service when they installed a radius arm bushing in backwards on my bronco. but this time I had a coolant leak. they told me it was a plug on a cylinder head and the parts alone would be over 4500.00 but they didn't have the tools needed to repair a cylinder head. I took it to Meyers. the problem had nothing to do with the cylinder head and total cost for parts and repair was 1700.00 Tracy's charged me a diagnostic fee for the wrong diagnosis. Don't waste your money with these guys.

Tracy’s was recommended to me when I had issues with my car. The team at Tracy’s did a great job! Most recently, I went for a tune-up— the guys saved me from a lug nut that was on its way out and a costly repair later on. Not to mention, they are efficient with time and great about communication.

Disappointed in this place. Needed my truck aligned. They tried but could not get it done. Said my frame needed aligned because it was so far off. Took it back to Shamrock Tire and they replaced the trackbar and Pittman arm adjusted just a little bit of camber. It drives like a Cadillac again. Thank you Shamrock Tire and Auto.

Just moved to Wichita, called them and asked how soon I could be seen for an oil change, they told me to come in as soon as I could! I went 30 minutes later and they were very friendly and had it changed within an hour! Great people and service!

Had been taking my vehicle to the dealer while it was on warranty and now am using Tracy's for all my auto service. They are much more reasonably priced and my experience with their staff has been excellent to work with.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic at 730am. They call at 9 to say they didn't find anything, so I asked if they could check something else. They said "sure", then completely forgot about my car. When I called at 3pm, a new guy at the front desk said he had no idea my car was even still there. He apologized, said he would have his guys check, then call me back before they close at 6. At 5:30, I had to call them again, and he said they did find something wrong with the car, but he just didn't have time and wouldn't be able to give me an estimate until the next morning. They never called me back. They obviously don't have the time of day to actually help their customers. The least they could've done was be honest about how much time they needed, or scheduled my appointment out further. I didn't have a car for over 10 hours for nothing, and they charged over $100 for a diagnostic.
