Incredibly knowledgeable staff, large selection, and beautiful, hearty plants. Local experts who know what grows well in our area and always friendly and eager to help. Top notch nursery.

Purchased a tree three weeks ago. Tree Top tagged it as sold and was happy to hold onto it until we were ready to plant. Went to the store today and the tree is no where to be found. After an hour of searching, we were told the landscapers either used the tree for another customer’s plan or it was stolen. They didn’t have any trees of the same type left. Staff blamed theft/the lack of police patrol. Even if that is the case (which absolutely stinks), there wasn’t a sense of ownership of fault/responsibility on Tree Top’s end for losing our tree. Tree Top gave us a refund, but we still left disappointed.

I knew better but I was looking for some bag worm spray and all the other nurseries in Wichita were closed on Sunday. Treetop recommend Captain Jacks. Of course this place is always full retail, but I got home and check online and can buy the exact same stuff for $30.00 a bottle less than they’re off the shelf price. This place is a complete ripoff aimed at the high end customer on the East side of Wichita.

Tree Top is one of the best greenhouses in Wichita located just south of Bel Aire. They sell Captain Jack products as well as Hi-Yield products to help your new garden. Outdoor patio furniture, fountains, and lighting can also be found here.It can be pricey sometimes but they have sales which are a great value. Come check this place out and experience what Tree Top has to offer.

Tree Top Nursery is such a vibe. The smooth jazz playing while shopping through their huge well organized display is the cherry on top. I’m willing to pay a higher price for the experience. However, in all of the years I’ve shopped there, I’ve never dealt with a friendly employee. They are rude, and don’t seem to like their job. The people at the register are nasty, and seem to be bothered by having to serve customers.

Rude cashier. Don't ask them to look at some annuals you brought back that you have purchased two weeks ago that have died. The cashier will tell you that you didn't water the plants, that's why they died. And then the cashier will accuse you of arguing with them after you tell them that you did water the plants. I understand there is no warranty on annuals. Just thought they would be more helpful. Will not shop there again.

I must say, it was a great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection of plants was impressive. I ended up buying indoor plants and they all look healthy and thriving in my home. I highly recommend this shop to any plant lover out there!

We bought an Autumn Maple tree in 2020, which unfortunately didn’t make it. It was replaced in late 2021. This April we realized the new tree was in the same boat, and we were told that it was likely due to the harsh conditions last year. Even though they were in no way liable to replace the tree, they went ahead and replaced it with a tree that is more suitable for the soil in our yard. Thank you to Eric and his team for making us happy customers.

They are overpriced and low quality. just look at their mowing. Grass is cut too short and edging that is closer to scalping. They are just a poor quality company.

UPDATE-After posting this review and telling them we were moving on, I received calls that the plan is ready and the communication was just lacking on getting it to us for the past few months. Still frustrating, but hopefully things are on track now, we are giving them another chance. Bumping this up a couple of stars with hopes things go well from here on.Hired them to create a landscape plan for our yard, and then would have hired them to also do the work. It has been 5 months since we met with them about the plan, I've sent many emails and left many messages and have had no responses. Wasted a lot of our time trying to work with them, and now we are starting over. I'm sure the nursery part of the business is great, but I would not recommend them for landscape planning.

0 STARS. I spent ~$6,000 on a landscaping plan. My trees got planted at the beginning of winter. I cared for them via their instruction. After 90% of my evergreens and bushes died, I contacted them and it took 8 months for them to finally come out and replace the trees. They chose to plant them again in winter (December 1st). I shared my fear about them not acclimating to my soil, and they said they would be fine. They started showing signs of death starting in February. I contacted them and they said “we normally only replace the first set of trees”. $6,000, 6 bushes & 14 trees wasted.

Customer service rates low priority for them. apparently they have enough of a customer base that walk-ins are virtually ignored. If you can track someone down, good luck getting the correct information without running around the place a couple of times. Eventually y walk out and went somewhere else. This is not a one off experience, the same scenario has played out for me on several occasions. If I know exactly where the species and what type of plant I need they may have a decent inventory, but trees and shrubbery forget it they only cater to the large landscaping businesses.
