The staff at Trinity were professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly. They were available on short notice when I asked if they could inspect a used car for me and took time to talk me through anything that seemed concerning in the vehicle that I was hoping to purchase that day. They took it out for a 10 minute road test, including at highway speeds, and also jacked it up to check underneath and to inspect alignment. I was glad to recommend them to a friend recently and plan to return the next time I need a mechanic in Wichita.

Great guys. They took care of me and were honest when my truck broke down and put me in a bad spot. Reasonable prices and great communication. Would recommend to anyone looking for a shop with integrity.

Wasn't impressed with them at all.i wouldn't recommend.took them 3 days to do a clut h cable turns out they didn't even replace it like I asked..then they tried to charge me 80 dollars just to tell me the couldn't put a clutch fork in...their a scam and I would stay away..junk mechanics

I don’t care what anyone else says or what their experiences have been. All I can say is what I know and experienced myself at Trinity automotive. I needed my car inspected for a possible purchase. They were very thorough. They explained everything to me that I needed to know in making the right decision. They were honest and they were fair. I appreciated every bit of their service. I will definitely be coming back.

This is the worst possible place. Ever to go get your car worked on? They took advantage of my friend on his Chrysler vehicle. That had the 2.5 motor that everybody knows. When the timing belt goes out the motor is usually junk. Well, they charged him $1600 for a new timing belt and water pump. And of course the car still didn't even run now. They want another $1600 for a computer brain to hope on the fact that it might be able to run. And they stuck plugs and plug wires for another $387 on it and would not even allowed him to take it out of the shop or off The property Until he? paid the remaining $380.These people are straight up pirates and crooks.I would not recommend taking your moped to this place and you guys know who you are and what vehicle I'm talking about.You guys are not mechanics You're rip off artist...
So he took the car in with a mechanical issue and it ended up having an electrical issue that they did not repair. And he had to tow the car to his house and put it in his driveway. And that's their only vehicle of transportation. Of course, they paid him the $1600 originally and the $387 for the plug wires and the vehicle still does not run had to be towed out of the property..... And by the way, we will be contacting a lawyer, the Better Business Bureau and the consumer fraud division and the county prosecutors office.

I can't say enough good things about Trinity Auto!! Mike is absolutely wonderful to work with! I had an oil leak and didn't know where it was coming from. Mike was able to pinpoint the problem and was able to get it fixed very quickly. Mike also worked with me on price so I could keep within my budget. I will continue to use Trinity Auto for all my vehicle needs!!!
