“I want to highly recommend West Wichita-Tyler Road Uhaul and storage. I had used them several times in the last several months to rent a trailer, get boxes, and eventually rent a truck at the last moment because the moving company did not plan adequately. Each time I went there, the staff (both ladies) were so helpful, courteous with a pleasant personality and an extra five miles of customer service like no other. They hooked up the trailer when needed, loaded all the boxes in my vehicle, and had a 26 foot truck on hold for a couple of hours which I ended up needing an hour before they closed. They made a nightmare with a moving company possible to get ALL of the remainder of our belongings to another state. Thank you for the great customer service you provided. We will always remember your kindness and service when we moved from Wichita. Blessings to both of you!!”

“I don't get why there are negative reviews of this place on the uhaul site. The owner was very accommodating. I ordered the dolly Online but later realized one was not provided. I let the owner know once returning the truck to ask for my $7 back. The business owner quickly apologized and offered to pay me back $10. All in all it was a quick and painless experience. I recommend working with this uhaul business.”

“The girl at the counter was very friendly and dealing with three or four customers at once, including a man who purchased his rental car insurance through Travelocity when he booked through them. However Budget doesn't recognize the Travelocity policy as valid insurance, which caused the poor man to have to cancel the insurance before picking up his car. This is a fail on the part of Travelocity and Budget to allow someone to purchase worthless coverage. Back to the original sentence, the girl was patient and thorough with the inspections even though she was at the Branch by herself. They do seem to need more customer service reps, every time I go in there it seems to be only one person working. This Budget branch is by far the best one I've dealt with in Wichita”
