I love how they clean and sanitize their cars going the extra mile to leave more sanitizing wipes in the car for you to use. I couldn't figure out how to turn in the radio and the representative was happy to help me! I am definitely renting from this location in the future! I am 100% satisfied!”

“The girl at the counter was very friendly and dealing with three or four customers at once, including a man who purchased his rental car insurance through Travelocity when he booked through them. However Budget doesn't recognize the Travelocity policy as valid insurance, which caused the poor man to have to cancel the insurance before picking up his car. This is a fail on the part of Travelocity and Budget to allow someone to purchase worthless coverage. Back to the original sentence, the girl was patient and thorough with the inspections even though she was at the Branch by herself. They do seem to need more customer service reps, every time I go in there it seems to be only one person working. This Budget branch is by far the best one I've dealt with in Wichita”

Only issue is budgets customer service on the phone since it transfers you to a foreigner you can barely understand. Not this locations fault but be aware of that.”

“I rented a car to make a trip to Chicago, and went to Budget. They gave us a brand new 2019 Ford Edge, with only 500 miles on it. It was a delight to drive and the price made it cheaper than operating my own car for the trip. I was pleasantly surprised when the agent at the airport told me she would love my business but I would save money by going to a neighborhood pick up place oh, and she was right. I saved about $40 compared to the price I was given from the website for the airport pick-up.”
