My review entails nothing I haven’t already shared with U-haul representatives.CONS:-Self pickup video and Uhaul app did not go hand-in-hand (rep told me app was garbage)-Sunflower seeds left in cab of truck-Much needed dolly was not available as ordered and pre-charged-1 of 4 customer service reps did not “represent” wellPROS:-Truck was great operationally-3 of 4 customer service reps provided excellent service*Overall, this is the only time I’ve had a horrible experience with U-haul. There should be consideration that customers are renting trucks and moving equipment for reasons in which time and energy are of importance. Some of my time and energy were wasted during a big move.

This was an absolute horrible experience! Checking out the truck the man spoke so fast you could hardly understand what he was saying. I rented an appliance dolly and a different guy brought it to the counter and said "here you go". Any other time I have rented a dolly they loaded it on the truck for me. Even the inspection they sent to my phone asked me to check and make sure it had been loaded on the truck. The truck was absolutely filthy and the paperwork said it had a quarter of a tank of gas more than what it did. The electronic inspection did let me change it. When returning the truck we were there a few minutes before they opened. I pulled the U-Haul in and my wife came in our truck to pick me up. Before I could even get out of the U-Haul the same rude guy that said "here you go" with the dolly at checkout was at my wife's window telling her she had to move our truck off the lot because he had to move U-Haul trucks around, she had not even been there long enough to find a parking spot. He would not let her speak and explain she was my ride and raised his voice telling her to get off the lot! She pulled out of the lot before I could get there. I was furious, I had heard the last part as I was coming around the U-Haul. I asked this jerk "Where the H#ll is she supposed to park? She's my ride home and I'm returning a truck"! He said he didn't know and didn't care, just not on the lot because he had to move trucks. This man is a very angry man and should not be working in any capacity where he comes into contact with the public! In a less civilized environment he would not get away with treating a person's spouse in such a manner. I reported all this to the main U-Haul website and have heard Nothing! I suppose they don't care! My family for three generations have used U-Haul but we're all going elsewhere next time!

This is by far the best uhaul storage facility EVER!!!The team is very well trained in A1 customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could.

When I came in on 9/7 to pick up my rental, I received immediate service and they answered a few questions I had. When I returned on 9/11 to drop off my rental, the gentleman on duty was very helpful. I was surprised at how easy and quick the process was and it allowed me to make it to work on time.

Amazing staff! Especially the manager Jason. We’ve rented from this location several times and have never had any issues. They’re always willing to help out with a check in when the website or app aren’t working. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been a loyal U-Haul customer for many years, and I have always been impressed with the business savvy of Jason Larkin. However, I am now very disappointed with the company's decision to increase storage unit costs by 30% in the past year. This is especially frustrating because storage is at 99% capacity, so there is no need for U-Haul to raise prices.I feel like U-Haul corporate is just exploiting customers by raising prices at a time when the economy is already tough. I am now paying more for my storage unit than I am for my mortgage!I urge other U-Haul customers to join me in boycotting the company until they lower their prices. We need to send a message to U-Haul corporate that we will not stand for their greed.U-Haul, lower your prices or lose our business!

Update...Jason the manager of the location called me and he is going to have all of the equipment checked and will was able to make things right. Some things are sometimes over looked and will be part of the overall care.the equipment was not properly maintained which caused me to Get into near Hit misses by other vehicles. Due to this I had to make extra trips with my own vehicles that way they could watch me to make sure that it was safe for me to cross over on numerous accounts.I don't believe that I will be suggesting this particular location. This location is the Closest To Mcconnell Air Force Base to be used by any military personnel Or civilians that might come across needing to do a address change. I will make sure that the reviews on any known websites that military personnel and anybody that is associated with them will be aware that they should go the farther distance to be able to rent equipment that is properly maintained.

I have rented from this location multiple times. They have never given me any issues and have always been friendly and helpful. Most recently, they saved me from a pretty tight spot another local UHaul (off of N Arkansas) dealer put me in, and I can’t thank them enough. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and I wish I had just gone to them right off the bat.

Do not use for hitch installations. Save your time and go to the West Wichita store (big one off Kellogg). The wiring was an absolute mess (hot wire was hanging from the car and there was a poorly taped bundle of wires hanging at the hitch), and they knocked the skirt loose so that it was badly rattling.

Awful. I called to make sure they were open, said I was coming, was there 10 minutes later and they had closed early. They closed early while knowing someone was coming. Another customer arrived while I were knocking. Both of us left unhappy. We planned to buy a bunch of boxes and packing materials but now will give Lowe’s our business. It was really hateful of the man who talked with me and then closed early. I do not have happy and joyous holiday wishes for him.

I had the worst experience with this place. Took my car in for its appointment Saturday they had it 4 hours then call to tell me they couldn't get it done. Bring it back today wait all day for them to call that it's done, finally at 6:30 I call and they say "oh we finished it awhile ago just didn't get a chance to call, and we close at 7 so you will need to get it tomorrow". They really need to get some new employees. I told them I wanted a discount for the inconvenience they gave me a $50 propane certificate.
