All U-STOR Wichita locations feature on-site management, 24-hour surveillance, and electronic gates. Packing and moving supplies are available for purchase, and climate-controlled units with inside enclosures and perfect temperatures are offered. Customers have reported mostly positive experiences, with the facility being well-maintained and the staff responsive to issues. While there have been some minor technical problems with the gate, the overall consensus is that U-STOR Indian Hills provides a clean and secure storage option for the local community.
They have the nicest caring staff I have ever seen at a Storage Center. Would recommend to everyone.

I had an issue with a large crack in the pavement in my unit and dampness on the floor on the west side. The person at the front desk assured me that she would let maintenance know and get back with me the following day. No report the next day. That's strike #1. All else was fine.

So far I have had zero issues here. Sometimes the gate acts up but they are all over it when it does. Technical issues can be looked past to a point, it’s the well executed interactions that make things nice and easy jere.
