Packing and moving supplies are available for purchase, and climate-controlled units with inside enclosures and perfect temperatures are offered. Customers have reported mostly positive experiences, with the facility being well-maintained and the staff responsive to issues. While there have been some minor technical problems with the gate, the overall consensus is that U-STOR Indian Hills provides a clean and secure storage option for the local community.

I had an issue with a large crack in the pavement in my unit and dampness on the floor on the west side. The person at the front desk assured me that she would let maintenance know and get back with me the following day. No report the next day. That's strike #1. All else was fine.
