Customers have consistently praised the friendly and professional staff, particularly Ruby, the manager, who is described as excellent and understanding in her customer service approach. Overall, U-STOR West Central is highly recommended for its secure storage options and exceptional customer service.
Have had 4 different units there over the past few years. 2 outside units as well. I have never had an issue with theft or vandalism. Ruby and her staff are all friendly and professional. I will never store my stuff anywhere ever again.
