I stopped coming here because they never have anything in stock. It never fails, the employees are always incredibly rude and unhelpful. The girls this time that I went were actually nice for once, but I’m officially done coming here after 10 plus years. Sephora always has what I need. It’s a bit of a drive but so worth it when they always have their products stocked.

What a great team! I lost the ID card pack out of my wallet. I called and they were so kind. They actually looked for it, found it and put it in the safe until I could pick it up! They went above for me!

I almost always get my makeup here, and there's a huge range of products from cheaper to more expensive. They also have hair products, perfumes, and lots of body products. It's a great store for beauty, you could likely find something for anything. They also make returns and exchanges very easy! The people who work there are also very kind and helpful.

Went into this location for first time. Gal asked me if she could help, I asked her where I could find the Innersense hair products. She had never heard of it and told me Ulta didn't have that so try to sell me other curly girl products. I walked 2 isles over and found a whole shelf of Innersence products. Need to educate your staff! Also, she didn't know what a spray bottle was for hair! C'mon. ?

Ashley greeted me very warmly and answered all my questions from the jump. I didn’t even come for a haircut appointment but she was so courteous and knowledgeable that I was able to get my hair done at Ulta which is some thing that I wouldn’t have done. Ashley’s customer service incentivized my purchase.
