Unprofessional! Owner and staff First words out of the lady’s mouth walking thru the door was So? Then I proceed to ask for help with packaging and needing assistance with my items and lady told me the tape was other there I asked if this is self service man came from back room and asked if I was recording I was on FaceTime he told me to take my hat and go else where

Its hot i get that, but I waited all day and I am sitting there and JUST CAUGHT A GLIMPSE of the UPS TRUCK leaving the condo area. There wasn't a knock, a NOTHING. NO TEXT, NO NOTIFICATION THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE COME that said my package was here. I waited from 2 to 6pm and it showed at 6:18 pm and NOTHING, Its a good thing I caught that glimpse. I wanted to give him a cold Sprite!

I needed to mail water samples to Hutchinson KS for testing within 30 hours of collecting it. I arrived at UPS around 10:00 AM Monday, and paid $56 dollars to have it arrive the next day by 10:30 AM. I received a call today (Wednesday) that the package had arrived a day late, and that the samples were no longer viable for testing. Now I have to either pay FedEx to ship it, or drive up there myself; both are incovienves caused by the services not properly rendered by UPS.

Whatever driver had my package today ending in 243472 should be fired. They said that the address is incorrect and couldn't be delivered. 10 minutes later I see them leaving my apartment complex! They are lazy and a liar! Clearly the address is correct because the day before a driver left this notice. My complex is easy to find, spacious for their trucks, and very well lit. Inexcusable!

I have used this UPS store on Central and Woodlawn for at least fifteen years (both when they were on the south side and now the north side of Central). This is a great place to ship your stuff, return Amazon items for free and more! The staff is courteous and committed to great service for their customers!

Very easy to get in to store and hardly any wait to be taken care of by the friendly staff. Was able to get a title notarized for $10.00. Would recommend to all my friends.

If I have box with a already paid for label on it that doesn’t need a receipt I should be able to drop it off quickly on the counter and leave, at least that’s been my experience with other UPS stores which is great when you have children in the car. But that is not the case for this store. The man told me I needed to get in the back of the line and wait…. Okay sir, so you can take the box and scan it anyways?!?
