Amazon says that I need to contact the shipper UPS. The automated system could not help and would not connect me to a person that could communicate with to try and resolve the problem.

Just want to pick up my package from UPS. You'd think I'd be able to pick it up but nope there's "shipper restrictions" so it has to be delivered. Can't be delivered because who's home at 1pm. Not sure how me picking it up is worse than it being delivered but somehow it's impossible. The whole job is to get me my deliveries but UPS seems to have no interest in doing so. Also can't call because there is only a robot phone number that doesn't let you talk to an actual person.

Cant share a review with 0 stars automated system doesn't understand tracking numbers and no one answers the phone at their facility, do not trust this company with your goods.

5+ visits. The customer center is a dependable location to visit. The employees behind the counter are always helpful and are experts about the shipping business. The issues customers are having are with the overall company itself such as the horrible help line that will NOT connect you to this location and is one of the trickiest calls anyone will ever make to actually speak with a person. My most recent trip here was due to the driver with my package not attempting to let me answer my door and sign for it. After going through a time consuming process of seeing what to do about this, my trip out to this customer center was a huge help in obtaining my urgent delivery. UPS has some terrible issues with its service but the people out here seem to be doing their best make it better.

They have easy front access. Typing computer information for mailing is not difficult and there is fast help for the confused. An easy shipping experience.

I "missed" the delivery driver who was supposed to deliver between 4:30pm and 8:00pm per emails and text messages. The driver "attempted" delivery at 3pm. Went online and change delivery instructions to hold at the Customer Center. The person at the Customer Center was great. They were able to contact the driver and have the item brought to the Customer Center. Had to wait about an hour though. I get time is money, but give me more than 10 seconds to answer the door.

Had a package scheduled for delivery yesterday. Driver marked package as delivered to front porch. No package. Checked neighbor's cameras that cover my yard. UPS did not ever deliver to my house at all yesterday. So, either the driver committed theft or fraud. Debating on filing a police report at this time.

I paid for next day air delivery and they received the package at their facility Friday and I seen it’s on the way,well 7:00 pm passed and now I call the 1800 number and was told it would be delivered Saturday nope it got delayed again and delivery was changed to Monday so now I’m tracking the package and delivery driver was about three blocks from my house was that his next stop nope now he’s clear on the other side of town,oh and by the way I made contact with the driver and he told me my package wasn’t on his truck and didn’t make an attempt to check.

UPS would rather make you wait 3extra days over letting you pick up a package yourself straight from the distribution center. Smh. Terrible.

They list jobs online that turn out to be "no longer available" after you apply. And will put attempted delivery notices on your door with #s that don't correspond to anything, and customer service either doesn't know or care to find out if you even have a packageTotal waste of time for everyone

The only guarantee this place has is you won't get your package. Got a note on my door says signature required. I went over to sign. They said it was on truck to try later or I could pay to have it held and pick it up next day. I paid. It went back out two more days. Then they still didn't hold it they claim they returned it to sender. As of right now... ........ I dont know where it is I'm waiting 2 days to verify if sender gets it back. Then I'm disputing charges with credit card company.
