Today on 8/18/25 at about 12:25 to 12:30 in the afternoon, one of your drivers decided to try to push my vehicle by tailgating me at a very dangerous distance because he thought we were going to slow by doing the speed limit coming into town which the speed limit drops down to 30 mph. He also proceeded to speed up well past the speed limit of 30 just to do an illegal pass inside the town of lindsborg KS by using the turning middle lane to pass not only me but another vehicle in front of me. Yall need to do a better check on the drivers you hire because this reckless driving is what causes fatal accidents. I will also be reaching out to management and not just by this review.

I ordered a computer for my daughter's birthday which is coming up soon. It was supposed to have been here on the 11th, here it is the 15th and I still don't have it. Checking into it it arrived at this distribution center on the 9th and it is now the 15th and it has not budged. This is unacceptable

The Wichita distribution center is the worst! I am so tired of not having my packages when they are supposed to be delivered. I am consistently disappointed with their service. My packages have been sitting there since August 6th!

This distribution center is by far the worst!!! Here lately every package that is shipped through Wichita keeps getting delayed or re-routed to another facility in KC or sometimes even Ellsworth post office, from there it gets shipped back to Wichita AGIAIN for another day or two! It used to be if it were at Wichita, I'd get my package the next day, now it's taking 3-5 when I only live 1.5 hrs away.
This company is extremely negligent & needs to be looked into, it seems that I'm not the ONLY one with the SAME problems. Figure it out or shut it down & send everything through the KC distribution center, seems they can handle it!

Packages sit here for days or get sent to Jacksonville FL for some reason when they are suppose to go to my little town in kansas! Horrible service

It seems like a lot of these other bad reviews on this postal service facility involve apartments in the lack of going to people's doors. Seems like they just leave a we missed you slip on certified mail and never try to get a signature. And to top it off the slip they leave has the WRONG address it says 711 West Harry Street, which doesn't exist... Beyond disappointing and disgusted it caused a month and a half delay of trying to figure out what was going on.

Every time I have a package that goes through here, it gets stuck for a minimum on 2 days. The delivery is never on time.

And then hire new people who know how to do their job.
This kind of poorly run business doesn't even exist in the poorest and worst countries around the world, shame on you!

Iām here making a delivery and itās been 3hrs still havenāt finished unloading me. Was no more than 10 pallets. They told me they donāt have room to unload me so I have to wait for them to make room smh

Delays at the Wichita distribution center are absolute management incompetence. If a small package can travel in 2 days from Washington state to arrive at your Wichita distribution center for delivery within Kansas, but after 5 days there it is still unprocessed, that is abject failure. UPDATE: Package continues to be unprocessed, 8 days later and counting...

I recently had a frustrating experience with the USPS distribution center in Wichita, Kansas, which has left me feeling quite disappointed. Living an hour and a half away, I rely on this facility for timely package deliveries. Unfortunately, Iāve encountered numerous issues that make it one of the worst distribution centers Iāve dealt with.
Packages that Iāve sent to this center often sit there for 3 to 4 days without any movement. Itās incredibly frustrating to track a package only to see it stagnate in Wichita. To make matters worse, there have been instances where my packages were mistakenly sent to another state, only to be rerouted back to Wichita. This unnecessary detour not only delays delivery but also adds to the confusion surrounding my shipments.
It raises questions about the efficiency and management of this distribution center. I can't help but wonder who they are hiring and if proper training is being provided. There seems to be a lack of accountability and organization that needs urgent attention. I truly hope that USPS takes the necessary steps to address these issues, as itās crucial for customers to receive their packages in a timely and efficient manner.
Overall, my experience with the Wichita USPS distribution center has been disappointing, and I sincerely hope improvements are made soon.
