Where do I even start! My boyfriend and I had bought/moved into a new construction home and had issues with our address. Our address was incorrect in so many ways and it was quite frustrating. I was connected to the Delano USPS location from the 800 number and spoke with Autumn. Since that call, Autumn has worked around the clock getting this issue resolved and called me regularly to send me updates. I now joke that I have a friend at the Post Office! Never in my life did I think a postal worker would go above and beyond for people within their region, but Autumn defied the odds and got it done! I am extremely grateful for Autumn's dedication to her work and her postal region to ensure the satisfaction, but also the addresses, of whom they serve. Thank you, Autumn!!

The lady tells me you can't buy postage at this united states post office. This would be a great place to open a post office.

Absolute worst post office
They only accept cash or check.. you better make sure it’s exact amount too or they will deny payment. They do not take any form of debit or credit card. They will make you wait 5-10 minutes after pressing the buzzer (minimal signs of direction for assistance), I genuinely feel bad for elderly that need any assistance. They staff is rude and unprofessional.
I had lost my mail key and needed to a new one made, so I started the process of getting the mail key, they asked if I wanted to put my mail on hold, and I said yes and filled out a yellow slip, went in 4 days later to pu my mail and they stated it was never put on a hold. A supervisor got involved and the excused was literally that the carrier doesn’t do their job.. point blank sorry ma’am they don’t do their job… like seriously, then I had to fill out another yellow slip. The keys take forever to make and it’s $42 for a replacement. So much that is wrong about this place

They lost to package of mine at the place where it was mailed in new jersey.That was supposed to have been here in august first and this is now the end of the year...
How can you lose a package with tracking? I'm beyond pissed off with the poastal service.

Local carriers in Wichita, KS are incapable of reading an address label. Packages are continually delivered to the wrong street with the same house number. There is no longer an option to report a missing package on the Informed Delivery service and I am having issues getting someone to answer the phone.

Every visit to this post office by my roommate ends in them unable to find the packages that were delivered with tracking until a day later. “Unable to locate”.Please reconsider this location for a residential mailbox. If you have had a similar experience please document it.

Had a smalll mishap with a delivery and Yvonne was so informative and communicative with our delivery guy and us. The “issue” was solved within a few hours and the package was located. I wish I knew our delivery guy to thank him also.

The post office has informed delivery. So it showed I'm getting my paycheck today and here it is 448 and no mail. It's caused me to have to pay a late fee on one of my bills, it's caused me not to be able to work this weekend. It should be against the law to not deliver your mail on Saturday. The worst mail system ever
