Purchase device at store 5611 East Harry St. on Jan 3, 2025 , Verizon advertised trade in any conditions . After purchase spend hours setting up and bought phone back for trade in . Cellular Sales ask phone to power up , required charger since phone is older model iPhone 4 . And refuse to trade in after . I had to go to Verizon corporate stores and it takes 5 minutes. And does not required charger or power up . The plan was set up incorrectly by representative stated free activation if we switch from different carriers and plan suppose to be $203.32 a month . Our bills arrived at 430 our first invoice for just 3 lines with insurance and bundle Netflix for $10.contact stores for reps and never to be find and stated they move to different stores and don’t know where. Ask for store manager or person in charge they say don’t have . Ask for corporate regional manager name is Todd Wilson in Kansas City and would not provide contact information. Had to spend days to fixed with corporate stores on west street and 6 hours with customers care and start fro m beginning. They had intentionally mess up to overcharge customers don’t pay attention to bills and those setup autopay would lost money out of account unexpectedly. Lucky I didn’t set up autopay yet because I afraid of these situations. I would not recommend these stores to anyone. The store reps even says for me to put a review on Google if they care and hang up. I do have video recording of the incident from beginning to end if any one likes to watch and decided twice to do any business with these company or stores.

Rep Derrick used my Verizon Wireless account to open a home internet account for my father in law without my permission. When I found out about it I attempted to contact the store manager. Only to be told they don’t know who the manager of the store is and they don’t have a number for a region manager to escalate the issue

I purchased a new phone and plan from Steve Dawson last week and was very satisfied with the excellent service I received. Steve was not only very knowledgeable but polite and professional as well. I will/would recommend Steve to anyone looking to upgrade phones or plans. Five plus stars for this guy!!!!

I worked with a guy named Steve at this location, he helped me get everything sorted out he gave me his direct number if I needed anything else to get ahold of him directly. He was extremely helpful and just a joy to work genuinely.

I went here about a month ago and Nolan was the person who helped me. My man was incredibly helpful, not only was he handling multiple people at the same time, he got me helped as quickly as possible. Got me an amazing deal and his customer service was through the roof. He called the next week to check in and see how things were going and I can't stress enough how amazing of an employee he was and how great of an experience it was.

Just got a new Google Cell phone that would not connect to the Verizon network.
Went to this store and they had me connected in five minutes, at no change.
Very welcoming store.

My mom got her phone stolen in the hospital and I dont know her code to switch over to her new phone. She's out $50 because even with power of attorney they won't help. No other way to verify. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH VERIZON AGAIN!!! DONT DO IT!!!

Up until now I came here every time I got a new phone. Came here to get a case and screen protector for my daughter and no one said a word to me for the 15 minutes. I start around. Never coming back. Plus this is not even a Verizon dealer this is a U.S cellular service dealer. That’s authorized by Verizon. Just go to a Verizon store.
