My mom got her phone stolen in the hospital and I dont know her code to switch over to her new phone. She's out $50 because even with power of attorney they won't help. No other way to verify. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH VERIZON AGAIN!!! DONT DO IT!!!

Up until now I came here every time I got a new phone. Came here to get a case and screen protector for my daughter and no one said a word to me for the 15 minutes. I start around. Never coming back. Plus this is not even a Verizon dealer this is a U.S cellular service dealer. That’s authorized by Verizon. Just go to a Verizon store.

This store is absolute trash. I’ve been 3 times and been awful 2 out of the 3. The first time the lady was super rude and condescending. The next time I went went to return something I had bought two days before. They said they couldn’t take it and I had to go to Coorporare on 21st and Rock. When I went there they said I had to go back there cause they are in indirect location. Thankfully the Rock store was able help fix this stores screw up/purposeful getting out of helping but I will never be back

Never in my entire life, have I ever paid a company to replace a bad SIM card on my phone. Being a customer with Verizon for over 5 years with a small business company with 8 lines. What ashame I know it will not hurt a global business if they lose a A customer but I am definitely changing.

Caleb is freaking fantastic. He made sure we were taking care of the moment we entered the door. We had a bad time with AT&T and it was a mess to figure out but he did it! He’s super funny and his banter is amazing. He’s hilarious as hell. He worked with our budget and got us set up, even giving us a few accessories. We didn’t owe anything by the end of the visit. In fact, Verizon owed us 4 pennies lol. If you go there, ask for Caleb. You won’t regret it.

I went to purchase an iPhone for my 13-year-old son. The representative, Tae was so professional and displayed the absolute best customer service! Closing time was approaching and there were only two representatives in the store to assist customers. Tae was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I had many questions and he was very detailed with the information that he provided. Tae made this experience well worth it! The other representative, Jonathan, was awesome as well. While he was assisting customers, I overheard Jonathan speaking with the couple in front of him and he too displayed great customer service while assisting them. I am so very thankful for those two Verizon customer service representatives and I can only pray that Verizon will continue to employ more agents such as those two!

i came to get a new phone because my phone was so busted and i just needed something new and caleb white just came in and helped me right away, ran my credit and got me a plan in like 15 minutes. couldn’t have asked for anyone better for my new phone plan!

My first experience here was good, purchasing a screen protector. My second experience was a complete waste of my time. I had an issue with a setting on the Verizon Digital Secure app. When I explained it to the employee, he looked at me like I'd grown a second head. In attempting to show him the problem, I was able to resolve it myself. Afterwards, I asked for a new screen protector for my wifes phone and he wanted me to fill out a new customer form on his computer, despite me having been a Verizon customer for years and having made a purchase at that location previously. Instead I chose to get a screen protector off Amazon and was done within two minutes.
