We had an appointment for our kitten. When we arrived. Vetco total care was closed. A phone call/text would’ve been nice. Very poor customer service.

We recently took our puppy Deuce to Vetco Total Care and had a great experience. Will defiantly be going back and would recommend this place to any and everyone. This was his first trip to the vet and Dr. Sydney made this a good experience for him all staff was very polite and professional from start to finish. The hospital manager made a point to check in on us and make sure we had a good visit right before we left. Thank you for caring for my puppy and making this a great first experience for him.

This crew was fantastic. They treated my fur baby like one of the family. I especially loved how clean the facility was. I will see you again Vetco!

Just like any other vet, they’ll try to sell you everything they have and maybe what you actually need. I came in and needed treatment for a fungal/bacterial infection for my K9, (about $80) left with a $241 bill. Vet says, she’s treating for a cast net of things….refused to accept that I just wanted the fungal/bacterial treatment . I wish I could give less than 1star.

They have VERY unprofessional employees. An employee named Lauryn big white girl clapped in my face and cussed at me and my family telling us to leave while we were talking to another employee to see what’s going on with vaccinations. We were outside in the heat for three hours waiting while they were giving us mixed information. Will not be seeing me again and will be calling to file a complaint.

I've taken my cat here a few times. On the last visit I took him, I was worried about a possible blockage/UTI. The nurse didn't even take any vitals or feel around his bladder. They claimed that he was aggressive from past visits and that they would need to put him under anesthesia to find out what was wrong. He was NEVER once aggressive. He cried and jumped away from a shot, but has never hissed or bit anyone. They quoted me $700 to take scans and put him under. They said if there was a blockage, they would just send me to the emergency clinic. I asked if they could figure out what was wrong without putting him under and she told me no. I left immediately to take him to a place that's not trying to scam me. The new vet that I just took him to took all his vitals and a urinalysis without anesthesia to find out he wasn't blocked. It was just an infection. It only cost me $300 in total with medicine, exam and special diet. So please save yourself the trouble before coming here. Find a vet that actually cares!

Vetco: Disregard for Customers and Lack of ProfessionalismI'm deeply disappointed with Vetco veterinary hospital. I brought my cat Sid in for a follow-up appointment at 9 a.m. as scheduled. However, upon arrival, there was no one present. After waiting for a while, I received a call informing me that they were experiencing issues and I needed to reschedule for 11 a.m. the same day.I reluctantly agreed and hoped for a smoother experience during the rescheduled appointment. Unfortunately, upon returning at 11 a.m., the situation did not improve. This time, the staff informed me that I had to reschedule for the following week. Not only did I lose a valuable morning of my week, but I also felt incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied with Vetco's unprofessionalism. What infuriates me the most is that they didn't even bother to call ahead to notify me of the rescheduling. This created unnecessary inconvenience and showed a lack of respect for the customer's time. With this unexpected experience, I have made the decision never to return to Vetco again.

I took my Goldendoodle in on January 20th 2024. He was 7months old sweet and cute. The lady the groomed him shaved him down to his scalp. He was so fluffy and cute. He did have a very little matting around his nose. ( so I figured they might have to cut that part short. But to shave his whole body in the middle of winter was absolutely ridiculous!! I was so upset and disappointed I couldn’t even talk to the women! I will never take my dog back there again. I advise no one ever take their dog there!!

I brought my dog in yesterday for routine vaccines and Cytopoint. I’ve been coming to this location since they opened in 2020 and I’m continuously impressed with their knowledge, expertise, and quality of care. My questions are always answered and we’re always sent home with thorough discharge instructions. We met with Dr. Goldstein and Rebecca yesterday and they were so kind and helpful. I’ve always had great experiences with every Vetco veterinarian and vet tech I’ve met with there.I’m very thankful we’ve had such great vets throughout our time as clients/patients and excited the hospital has Dr. Goldstein on staff!
