This phone number is awful - every time I try to get connected with a real person it drops the call. I waited on the line and the robot says “please stay on the line to be directed to a member of our staff” and it hangs up immediately after saying that.

Everytime you call they just hang up at the pharmacy to call my prescription in tried using the automotive part but they can never find my prescription so it sende to talk to someone and they just hang up

This pharmacy tells you the prescription is ready and then when you show up, "its not ready, come back later" then we came back and it was lost. The whole prescription. Had to come back again. And they Never did find the missing prescription. No apology. ?

Tried to call to see if they had a specific medication since it is constantly out of stock everywhere and the technician that answered read off a script about "due to the safety of our employees I cannot tell you that information, have your provider call us" when my provider told me that I have to call around to find a pharmacy that carries it and then they call it out. Terrible customer service and the person reads something like a robot would. Thanks but no thanks.

First off was originally going to head to the Walgreens on East Harry, called for my daughters ear medicine. Clerk stated the pharmacist was closing soon but could call the Walgreens on east central and they can take the information and be able to get my daughters ear medication there…at first when I called the Walgreens on east centra the clerk over the phone was rude and stated the pharmacy was closed and this was roughly around 7pm and I informed him I just got off the phone with the clerk from a different Walgreens and explained to him my situation and the clerk stated they were unable to do that with the insurance company charging the other Walgreens already…I asked if I can talk to a manager and the pharmacist answered the phone and I again explained my situation and he had no issue and told me it be roughly 30 minutes before I could come and pick up my daughter 4 year old ear infection medication.The pharmacist was great and seemed to understand and I wasn’t able to get his name but he is the unsung hero and why I rate 5 stars thank you sir
