They really deserve no stars. Stupid doctor prescribed a OTC ointment. Actually wrote a prescription ?. I tried to return it but since it was a prescription, they wouldn't refund my $. Ok, I get that. What really made me mad was the immature employees they have working in the pharmacy who laughed at me and my situation. How professional ?I'll never give Walgreens my business again.

Went to pick up my scripts yesterday only to see a big sign that says there was no pharmacist so they can't dispense meds. Interesting. It's like the 3rd time in less than a year I came to get my medication and they are closed because of some issue or another. Usually staffing. That's okay. Who needs their medication right? They'll just give them to us at their convenience.

This place is going to into the toilet. Received a text & e mail notification an Rx was delayed and I will be notified. Finally called, and the person on the phone rudely stated that the Rx was improperly prescribed, not delayed. When I asked why this was not passed on, they simply hung up. As someone with an insiders' knowledge of how medication errors occur, all I can say is this is a sign. Go somewhere else. Your life may depend on it.

Night shift tonight was very rude and when I said something about them being rude to my wife the future walked up to my face as if he was looking for a fight and the manager who is pregnant didn't even try to calm her staff member down. Al she said is I don't have to worry about it bc your not my problem. My hands were at me sides and I was talking calmly but he kept getting closer to the point he was about 5 inch away. If this is the staff you choose to have then your going to have a lot more complaints, you need better mangers who actually care about your business, those who are under them, and your costumers.

Over the years this Walgreens has fallen apart. From their coolers never working, to the staff being MIA, to the resident pan handler at the door - it's a terrible time.Political issues aside, this was a place of convenience for a quick purchase, but 20+ minutes in line because the manager is on break and can't help the cashier with a transaction is unacceptable.Don't waste your time and just order online from a different retailer.

Although the store is quite unorganized and is rarely stocked (which is why I usually don't shop at this location) I did have the pleasure of meeting the most helpful (and sweet :)) employee Jan this week. She is definitely the diamond hidden at this one!

This location is like most other Walgreens. Good place to get medicine and OTC drugs, if you are buying pretty much anything else it's not a great choice but passable in a pinch. Prescription pickups have been slower here in general than other pharmacies.

If I could give this Walgreens a zero I would due to their pharmacy.Twice in a row I have had to call up the insurance company and get them to tell the walgreens that, yes, they do cover my medication.Never had this issue with ANY other location, but it has been both times I've tried to pick up my meds from here. I'm not paying literally 40 times more for my meds because the pharmacist or assistant isn't doing what they need to correctly.Cannot wait till I can tell my doctor next time to send it to literally ANY other pharmacy or location in network.

Pharmacy closed 3+ hrs early. While asking an employee about the pharmacy hours, she just walked away as we were talking and eventually went into an employee door on the other side of the store. Then I asked an employee up front she told me that the pharmacy was short staffed and had closed early. When I mentioned the other employee, she replied, yeah she was headed to break. This should never mean poor customer service. I'm probably changing pharmacies because of this.
