rude employees, waited a long time for someone to come get something off the shelf and no one came- ended up having to take the shelf with me to checkout. Was met with a middle aged black haired woman who felt personally offended by this action that was caused by her & her coworkers lack of ability to do their basic-level retail job. She then decided to cop an attitude w me. Hire better employees.

Pharmacy not respect this. I was stand on line. Other customer cut off of me and other customers. That disrespect. This customer have to patient when me and other customer finish until her last. They not have common sense nothing all that why I gave one star!!!

Don't know about the store but I'm writing a review about the pharmacy. The pharmacist Tony he is so nice and respectful. There's another pharmacist there he is very rude and disrespectful I called trying to get my medication and he just started yelling at me talk to him many times and he always had the same attitude. Thank you Tony for being nice and respectful

My experience gets no stars, went to the location on Harry and Edgemore.
When I went to pay and put my phone number in the pad machine and the screen was showing the last transaction not the screen to put my number in. I told the lady and she told me yes it is, I said no it's not. She then said again it is to I voided it on her screen. I again said not it's not and asked why was she arguing with me. She said she wasn't so I twisted the pad around and showed her. She then said he screen finally popped up a message about the pad. She called a manager over. I said something to the manager about the cashier and he said nothing.
This store has crappie service, I even heard another employee talk bad about a customer that wasn't happy that this location has no shopping carts.
So unprofessional.

If I could do negative stars, I would. I put in a pickup order of pull ups for my kids that I needed today with the last of my money and it got cancelled due to “payment issue” even though the money got taken out of my account. I still haven’t been refunded and my kids will run out of pull ups by tomorrow and I called the 1-800 number and the lady that picked up told me it’ll take 3 days for my money to be back in my account and that there ain’t anything she can do. I asked if she could just put the order through and she said NO. I asked if I could get anything due to the inconvenience and that was a HARD NO. I asked if I was just supposed to let my kids poop and pee all over the house for the next three days and she said she didn’t know. I would’ve been fine with a $10 voucher just so I could get a pack of pull ups. NEVER doing pickup order for Walgreens EVER again!

my daughter’s surgeon called in her prescription for pain medication at 11 AM. I called them at 2 PM, after we were released from surgery and they told me that I needed to give them an hour to get it filled. I told them I can’t just go home and drop her off and leave her by herself to come back and get her meds, it had been several hours. Since it had been called in and I needed it now. I ended up sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes, and then I went through the drive-through, to get her meds and they told me another 15 to 20 minutes, I said no, I want the meds now, so I can get her home. They proceeded to make me wait 35 minutes, and I refused to move out of the drive-through. I will be sending medication elsewhere from now on.

They say curbside pickup is available until 9. I called at 8:55 and it says if not delivered in 5 minutes, call the store. I called and after getting automated twice, I finally spoke with a human. I was told it would be right out. Then Joy called me and said I would have to come in since they don't go outside after dark. They are not close, so I canceled the order.

I do not appreciate the fact that your pharmacist said I was wasting his time for calling to cancel a refill before he did waste his time filling it, because I’m moving it to a local pharmacy. And the reason I’m moving it to a local pharmacy is because all of MY time they have wasted by substituting my medication, when my account notes clearly say no substitutions. I am so happy to be done forever with Walgreens, and especially this pharmacy location!!

Unfortunately doesn't allow same day delivery. Even though it is an option and it will charge you $5.99. Shouldn't be an option if it's not actually available

It's missed up when you order stuff online and it shows it's in stock, then 20 minutes later you get a text say your order has been canceled and you haven't been charged.

Good staff and excellent service.They could use a parking lot cleaning service. 90 % of the time the parking lot has trash and broken glass on it, due to a few inconsiderate people in the neighborhood.
