I do not appreciate the fact that your pharmacist said I was wasting his time for calling to cancel a refill before he did waste his time filling it, because I’m moving it to a local pharmacy. And the reason I’m moving it to a local pharmacy is because all of MY time they have wasted by substituting my medication, when my account notes clearly say no substitutions. I am so happy to be done forever with Walgreens, and especially this pharmacy location!!

Unfortunately doesn't allow same day delivery. Even though it is an option and it will charge you $5.99. Shouldn't be an option if it's not actually available

It's missed up when you order stuff online and it shows it's in stock, then 20 minutes later you get a text say your order has been canceled and you haven't been charged.

Good staff and excellent service.They could use a parking lot cleaning service. 90 % of the time the parking lot has trash and broken glass on it, due to a few inconsiderate people in the neighborhood.

I wish I could leave a negative. I hate to even give it one point I fought with Walgreens for six months with my medication’s through the home delivery never on time constantly mixed up sometimes going a couple of weeks without medication. I finally got fed up and transferred my prescriptions to Walmart. Lo and behold, the next month I get a shipment of meds from Walgreens. I wondered how long the heck did I get those? I couldn’t pay for because I deleted all my information off my profile, including my payment method. I get a bill in the mail go online to pay it, it wouldn’t allow me to put a decimal point in. It was $9.28 and I was no way going to let them debit my account for $928 so I paid nine dollars and then made another transaction of what I thought was $.28 and ended up being $28 again a decimal point issue. Well that’s been almost 3 weeks ago 10 different phone calls and been transferred to five and six different agents multiple times being told my money was being refunded today I was told it was refunded yesterday and in fact it was not. Nothing even pending in my account. This place is a customer service nightmare I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Worst Customer Service I’ve ever had in my life. Unprofessional and completely incompetent.

This stores pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my life. Theres been many times I've had to go to other pharmacists due to them not filling scripts on time. They always want you back tomorrow instead of in 30 minutes. Now I drive past this pharmacy to the central and hillside walgreens where they can fill a script the day the say they will.

Horrible customer service, just trying to get medication was put on hold without giving an answer on if that was ok, woman after hold seemed disinterested and like she barely had time for my questions about my prescription.

Who's idea was it to hire this Mexican woman who doesn't speak a lick of English?? I saw her 2 days ago when the blue haired girl was training her, and the Hispanic lady couldn't even figure out how to scan a bag of chips. I come in 2 days later and suddenly she's capable of manning the cash register on her own? Obviously not, which is why it took her 32 minutes to understand how a man wanted 3 cokes with a coupon. Stop hiring diversity tokens and hire real people who can work! Jesus

By far the worst Walgreens I have ever used. Dropped off a script 1 week ago, said it would be ready in a day, and it wasn’t even filled until day 5, and even then, they were delaying it because they were “verifying the prescription” I’m completely out of my meds, haven’t take my it for 3 days now.And suddenly, yesterday, they decided to temporarily close the store. I have no other options to get the meds I need.Never using Walgreens again.

Went to this pharmacy due to my prescription being sent to the wrong Walgreens and when I went into the store stood at the counter for over 5 minutes with 5 people behind the counter all staring at their computers was never greeted only looked at I finally had to ask if anyone was working the counter in which i got the evil eye from 1 of the employees and greeted like I was wrong for having to speak up to be waited on I also work retail and I hope this person has to come to where I work someday I will show here how customers should be treated

I scheduled a COVID PCR test (for overseas travel) for 5:45pm. The very rude female employee at the drive thru when I arrived told me they stop conducting tests at 5:00pm. Your website scheduler needs to be congruent with your employees and actual test availability. I do not appreciate being treated rudely.

It is not about pharmacy that is clearly outstanding. It is about cashier ( thin body build young man and a big body built woman). The young associate walked away from the register without saying anything!! The managers of this location should teach these people to listen to the customers and try understand and not keep on repeating the same thing like parrots. It is their way or no way. Customer service does not work that way. Managers should teach them the policy in regards to the cost of an item that if only one is left on the shelf and is on a BOGO 50% off sale. I did shopping shopping today within half hour. Both were impolite, rude, impatient discourteous, crass and pushing.I did some shopping this morning at Walgreen at Webb & Harry. Carign?? the associate was outstanding and so nice and helpful. She provided an excellent customer service and make that Walgreen feel like to go back. Thank you.The woman did not give me a receipt and said that I would get in e-mail. I did not get receipt as yet, about 2-3 hours have passed.

These people neglected to charge for a flu shot at the register after being handed the paperwork . They decided it was a good business idea to call every 3 min for over 2 hours to tell my friend he would be turned over to collections if he didn’t come back TONIGHT to pay for it. He had taken his vehicle apart and could not go right that minute. SPENDING HIS TIME AND MONEY to correct their mistake. I was told that is what the pharmacy manager told the girl that called to do . THREATENING CUSTOMERS TO CORRECT YOUR MISTAKES IS A HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS and I’m not even sure what they did is legal. Bet. I will find out.
