Absolutely amazing. The pharmacy texted me once my meds were ready to be filled and when I went to go pick them up, the pharmacy staff were very kind. Lily was the one who helped me and she was able to find me a coupon that saved me $38 on one medication. Incredible! Lily, you're a lifesaver!!

You need to update your hours on the website. Had badly nex antibiotics sent to you even tho my insurance doesn’t use you. Your website shows that you’re open until 10 o’clock tonight, which is why I had my prescription sent to you.So first thing in the morning you will be transferring My prescription to the pharmacy my insurance goes to. I had planned to pay out-of-pocket for my prescription.

Always a good stop at Walgreens except, why, because I'm an associate member using my associate discount card thing but not getting any discount but then I do not get a printed receipt. Instead, it makes it necessary to go home, bring up my computer, and go into my email, then print the darned receipt on my own printer, using my own paper, which is about 4 or 5 pages long. I'm about ready to toss that darned associate card and not use it anymore. Sure, it gives a tiny rebate to build up and use later, but wow, not worth it.

I don't normally write reviews, but the lack of customer service from one particular employee was really frustrating... My doctor sent over a prescription to be filled by the pharmacy. Upon arriving several hours after my appointment, and giving my name and date of birth for the prescription, Jordan - a red hair pharmacy employee, told me that they didn't have it filled and that it was an OTC item that I could get myself. I tried to get more information for what item I needed to be looking for, but he just told me that I could get whichever would be cheapest. I told him I had no clue where to even start to pick out the item, and that I would prefer if they could fill it. He told me that insurance wouldn't cover it anyways, and the only difference between them filling it and me getting it myself would be the difference in tax. My understanding is that a pharmacy should fill all prescriptions sent to them (whether they are OTC or not) or at least be willing to help a customer who has no idea where to begin to find the prescribed item. After having used this particular Walgreens pharmacy for my husband's prescriptions for several years, and not having many issues, this experience is disappointing and unhelpful to customers who rely on the pharmacy to guide them in what health products to use. I hope this employee is able to better help the next customer who is picking up their prescription or just needing help in general.

Pharmacy continues to try and get money for legitimate prescriptions and 100% paid insurance, 0% copay. $3 for prescription ALWAYS. We call insurance and finally get it figured out. Guess what....$3 prescriptions. I wonder how many people this pharmacy is screwing out of their money??? Maybe it's a scam to "pocket" the money????

Outstanding service by Kyle today at 37th and Woodlawn!! I noticed right away how friendly and outgoing he was tonight as he was multitasking with every customer! Greeting customers, running the front and photo lab all at once while being very upbeat and friendly to everyone!!I worked in customer service In management positions for years so someone like Kyle stands out when I see someone excel at their job and go above and beyond!! Thank you Kyle for your outstanding service today.

The store employees are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is I had the new RSV vaccine on 9.15.23. I was the first appointment of the day. The pharmacist who was administering the vaccine said she was new. She seemed flustered because she had the protective gloves on but opened the door with her hands, rendering them irrelevant to protect against germs. Somehow the needle did not work and all the medicine ran down my arm. She did not offer me a tissue or explain what happened. Only asking me to take a seat outside the room. A few minutes later she summoned me back and I received the vaccine a second time. I am not afraid of needles, so if it had been someone who was, this would have been a very traumatic experience, especially another senior citizen like myself. Walgreens, stop working Your pharmacists so hard so they can be more efficient at what they do without having to multi-task after a pandemic.
