Today I had the most phenomenal experience with an employee in the pharmacy! This rarely happens today in most retail stores, where a person working for a big company, goes the extra mile!
Today I begin the third month of a prescription that I have to pay for out-of-pocket! Alex, went the extra mile and looked up a coupon from the pharmacy manufacturing company, that this coupon is allowed to be applied to their prescription. She didn’t need to do that, but she did!!
I’m on my third month of this drug, and no one has told me there’s a coupon!!! I’ve been paying full price for two months! Now, instead of emphasizing the lack of effort of others, I want to highlight the effort of this person who went above and beyond to save me 30+ dollars a month, which doesn’t sound like much but when you’re a retired teacher every little penny here and there, does count, and I appreciate that extra effort tremendously!!! PLEASE, please do what you can reward this person!!! She’s doing what you want all employees to do-Treating me like she would want to be treated!

Got ripped off on $100 apple gift card purchased for Christmas gift. Cashier never activated it. Didn't know this until the wife tried to download music recently and the card was empty. She called apple, who verified it was never activated.

Joyce is the name if the cashier who helps me today and she definitely have an attitude. I dont know if she having a bad day but she shouldn't put it on client. I definitely not come back to this store! Ever!

The pharmacy tends to run out of things. If they do not have reorder points set, they need to set them or adjust them.

I previously filled all our family’s prescriptions at Dillions and had for years even though their service was awful from not calling to let us know that our medication was on back order on a Friday for us to show up to pick up the prescription then they inform us they couldn’t refill it (this was a med that could not be missed) they then asked if they would like us to check their other locations?! Why would you even need to ask? We have been sent home with a medication that was nothing but powder in a bottle and I had to call to ask how to mix it and then told oh that should have already been done. Long story short we never wanted to hassle with moving all our prescriptions but the last straw was our insurance stopped being covered by Dillions which they didn’t bother to tell us until we noticed one costing 4xs as much and asked them. So we moved to this Walgreens I can not express how much it meant to get a call from their pharmacy this morning just making sure my prescription was working ok and to make sure I didn’t have any questions because they noticed it was my first time taking it. Why did I wait so long to switch!?! Thank you Walgreens for your excellent customer service in your pharmacy at this location. The guy that called was so nice and you have a very happy customer for life!!

Ok for a store. Clean overall how ever has a rude stuff and wait times for meds could easily add an extra 20mins on top of what they you. They act like your an inconvenience to them and they don't wanna be there. I would not use this one again.

Ran my card without telling me the cost. Than they only filled a partial dose of the order without bothering to tell me. Called several days later without realizing they had shorted me. When I told them I was upset they asked if I wanted to have my order sent elsewhere. My response was hell yes they might get it right.

Worst pharmacy. I can't make in through their "convenient" drive through in less than 15 minutes. Pharmacy staff are also incredibly rude. Will be switching my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy just as soon as I can.
