⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ERIC, one of the actual pharmacists who works at this Walgreen’s store location’s pharmacy, provided me with the SINGLE BEST Customer Care Experience and Customer Support I’ve ever had at ANY Walgreens store or pharmacy (and this has been my “usual, go-to” pharmacy and location for over a decade).
Eric (pharmacist) is recognized for outstanding excellence within his chosen profession of being a rather caring, competent, courteous, experienced, kind, knowledgeable, patient, skilled, and talented pharmacist in all of the right aspects that a Walgreens / pharmacy customer should want or expect: ERIC has demonstrated and proven himself highly skilled in the areas of customer/patient care, education, health, safety, support, wellbeing etc.
As a customer, I appreciate his overall honesty and objectivity as it relates to advising me when I asked him questions about inventory, logistics, [re]supply, timing, etc.
Bravo, and excellent work in service to your customers/patients, your company, and to yourself, Eric, Pharm.D.!

The pharmacist that has been there lately(Older tall glasses guy) violated hippa with my husband when he worked at Dillon's. If he is the new pharmacy mgr I will be moving on. I have gone there for more than 10 years and it's sad that in order to feel comfortable about my health information I have to leave!!

I tried to print pictures here the other day
12 of them printed “blank and white”
So on arrival they wanted me to figure out which of my photos didn’t print and redo the order to get them.
Did not have time for this so I wanted the price adjusted so I could go about my day and try to redo the pictures another time.
Took forever. I go back today to pickup pictures and on arrival the lady tells me it says my order was refused? I showed her my confirmation email
And she called for someone to come help. I wait. Another lady comes over, says “a few of the prints just printed white” and gave me the same speel that I am welcome to try to redo them AGAIN. At this point I’d rather just go somewhere else bc clearly it isn’t possible here. While the staff was friendly
Their photo services suck and take forever. I thought a point of ordering photos online was to make it easier, but instead it made it a pain in the ass

The photo department needs new equipment. The photos I got we’re way too dark and are completely unusable. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Lee in the photo department was super helpful! I had an old photo from 1931. He worked on the color and contrast until he got it right. Thankfully, he is training others. Keep up the great work, Lee!

Girlfriend went to get a poster printed out for one of her classes. Poster came out half done, and they refused to finish/try again. On the bright side they were quick to give a refund

The clerk who checked me out (her name is Magic) did not greet us and was VERY rude). We attempted to tt her but she only grunted and didn’t even say goodbye when we told her thank you. She should NOT be anywhere near the public. It was clear she hated her job!

They have the absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy. Call to see if they have a medication in stock for my child, not only was the lady on the phone rude but super unprofessional, and after every other pharmacy released information to me she wouldn’t even though they have in the past. After being a long time customer, I will never go back.

Just a heads-up do not buy Covid self tests here. It is $23.99 and non-refundable. They should put a sign if that is the case. They are way OVER priced. Go to Sam’s instead for the same exact product at a cheaper price, $17.88.

Worst experience I've ever had, Got a call saying I had medicine ready for pickup and before I could find out which medication it was the automated system called me again saying a medication was denied for refill. I called the pharmacy and they said I had nothing filled. Save yourself a headache and find a different pharmacy.
