The clerk who checked me out (her name is Magic) did not greet us and was VERY rude). We attempted to tt her but she only grunted and didn’t even say goodbye when we told her thank you. She should NOT be anywhere near the public. It was clear she hated her job!

They have the absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy. Call to see if they have a medication in stock for my child, not only was the lady on the phone rude but super unprofessional, and after every other pharmacy released information to me she wouldn’t even though they have in the past. After being a long time customer, I will never go back.

Just a heads-up do not buy Covid self tests here. It is $23.99 and non-refundable. They should put a sign if that is the case. They are way OVER priced. Go to Sam’s instead for the same exact product at a cheaper price, $17.88.

Worst experience I've ever had, Got a call saying I had medicine ready for pickup and before I could find out which medication it was the automated system called me again saying a medication was denied for refill. I called the pharmacy and they said I had nothing filled. Save yourself a headache and find a different pharmacy.

The photo department needs new equipment. The photos I got we’re way too dark and are completely unusable. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. This is the reason I don’t fill up our prescriptions at Walgreens. I was told on the phone it was gonna take 30 minutes to be ready. I get there in 40 and I was told it was not ready and it would take another 30 minutes. Seating in line for all that time not feeling good to be told to wait another 30 minutes. No thanks.

This pharmacy is terrible. The “estimated time for pick-up” has been 100% incorrect each time. I called one time to ask if they’re going to complete my order and they said “we have other priorities” — other priorities?! There’s a reason for the day we ordered it!This place needs to management. I’m switching. I don’t suggest getting your prescriptions here. They’re awful.

AVOID this pharmacy.They’re not dependable with getting your prescriptions order out on time. They’re always delaying it for whatever new reason they come up with — this place is horrendous and I would pick another location. I don’t think I’ve once gotten my medication on-time. Save yourself the hassle and choose another place if you want your meds on your time and not whenever they feel like serving you.

If I could, I’d give this pharmacy zero stars. I’m treated like a 2nd class citizen here. Every time I call about my prescriptions they’re always giving me some reason why they can’t fulfill it on their “estimated time” — I don’t recommend going to this one. Avoid at at cost. I’m switching.
