I just wanted to make mention of this particular store (135th & Maple). The workers in this store are so nice, kind & helpful. I went in the other day to get a product & the gentleman with cool hair was so so nice, he explained things well & that stuck out to me. I wish I would have gotten his name, but he was sweet!

I was rather disappointed with the pharmacy at this location. They “misplaced” a handwritten prescription from my doctor. I was not able to pick up the medication I needed after oral surgery. Instead of finding it or requesting a new form from the doctors office, I had to go back to the doctors office and give the pharmacy another paper copy. Rather disappointing customer service. I have never experienced this at a pharmacy within Walgreens, and I am now going to travel 20 minutes outside the way to transfer my medications to a different location.

Very helpful. I was there to pick up a script. They gave me a coupon to get me a great discount from what I was paying at my local pharmacy.

My son and I stop in occasionally because it is a nice little store to shop with a preschooler. He loves to wheel the basket around the store and check out. We have always had a pleasant experience there. Today, was amazing, though. A nice staff member stocking shelves was so sweet to my son, and then our cashier sorted items into bags based on what my son was getting. It made me smile and my son loved having his own bag. Normally a trip to the store has a neutral impression on a day, but today’s made my day.

This place has really gone downhill in the past year The pharmacy staff especially. I miss Nicole I miss the old staff they had they were always so pleasant and helpful and efficient. Their new staff has a lot to learn

Very rude pharmacist over the phone with belittling attitude. Called another Walgreens location nearby with the same problem and had a very positive experience. Do not recommend this location.

This is my favorite Walgreens location/store. It’s never over crowded and you don’t ever get stuck in line for long. It’s quiet, the shelves are organized and well-stocked, and the employees are super nice! The best part, however, is the drive through pharmacy. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. I’ve been to a thousand pharmacy’s and this is the only one I can go in without any preliminary feelings of stress.
