Terrible, I'm there straight from emergency room and they kept me waiting and waiting and never did get me my 2nd medication so feeling ill I finally had to leave with only one. They were so rude .

Now that you close early at 7pm again and open too late, I can't pick up prescriptions. You have to stay open at least until 8pm to be my pharmacy.

12/5/22 went in to buy a gaming laptop and I wish I had got their names but they were so helpful and nice it was a young lady with glasses and a clean cut gentleman who helped me in electronics. The man took no time to get back on the floor from his break to help and the lady didn't stop till she got the laptop for me. They were amazing and so kind

For over a year I have been getting the same monthly prescription. Insurance makes it so I can only refill it within a small window of time, so it is done through Wal-Mart's automatic refill system. This pharmacy ceased ordering my prescription monthly so they have to order it each month and I have to wait for it to ship. This month they didn't order it in time, so now I am forced to go two days without the prescription while they wait for it to ship. To reiterate, there is literally nothing I could have done to prevent this. The pharmacist's response was that in all future months I should call ahead of the automated texting refill system and remind them to order it. Unbelievable!

Literally the very few times I go to Wal Mart- it reminds me of how much I hate going! Store is clean yes, but the customer service and the abruptness of the workers!

In January my kid came down with the flu. Within a few minutes of the doctor faxing the script for Tamiflu I received a call from the pharmacy that they had run out but would send the script over to the closest pharmacy that had it. That was a huge relief having a sick kid and wanting him to feel better asap. Last month our cat passed away and there was a script at the pharmacy for him. We told them he had passed away and the entire pharmacy staff signed and sent a sympathy card . That was above and beyond what I ever expected. Very happy with them.

It’s not great. Just use Leeker’s. Our doctor accidentally sent our most recent prescription here, and it just reminded me how bad the service and communication can be. My wife just went in (rushing over in the middle of her lunch break) to pick up our daughters prescription refill. They saw her coming in, closed the window, and said they would re-open at 2... We won’t be able to get back there today until probably after they close for the night. And she drove 10 minutes to WalMart — now — for absolutely no reason, and will be late getting back.

The.worst.pharmacy. I had a spike in blood pressure with severe vertigo. Needed new bp med and Meclizine ASAP for symptoms. Dr faxed script at 10:39am. Not ready by 11:30. They said give me 1/2 hour. Went again at 13:30pm.., they said it would be an hour. Went back at 4:30pm and was told they didnt have the meclizine and it would be a few days. I asked to transfer script to a different pharmacy and THATS when they said the meclizine is OTC!!!! What in the world!!! Now after dealing with these 'professionals' my blood pressure is even higher!!!!! One of several examples. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Typically I go to the Walmart in derby for an oil change but today I was a little pressed on time and their wait was 3 hours. So I called around to different locations to see the wait time. The one in Valley center said 45 minutes to an hour.....which is a typical time if you are used to getting your oil changed at Walmart. So I get there and the check in process was long, then one of the men looked at me in a condescending tone and said well it's a 45 min to an hour wait....I said that's fine I was planning on shopping....I carried on and when I got done shopping they called my name....now in my oil change I said yes to an air filter if needed....the paperwork they handed me said that the air filter was "ok" ....which in fact I know it needs to be changed bc the last person to do my oil change at the Walmart in derby said they recommend me changing my air filter....they just couldn't do it bc they didn't have my air filter there.....so that was one thing off....and then with all of my oil changes they have always check my air pressure...which one tire was low on air and they didn't bother checking it or adding air to my tire ...then when I got home I noticed my hood was never closed .....so I drove on the highway doing 65-70 miles per hour with my hood not fully closed!!!!! So at this point I am questioning did my oil even get changed? They didn't even reset my "change oil due" ....this was the poorest service I have ever received....and if my hood would have flew up on the highway it could have killed me and my two kids!!! Careless employees ... I'll stick with Derby no matter the wait!!! If I could give you a zero I would!!
