Came here earlier in the evening to pick up some groceries with my spouse, several of the older staff ladies would speak loudly at other registers about their store's "shoplifting problems". We used a self checkout machine, paid for everything in cash, and got our change and receipt. As we loaded up our car, one of the older female staff came out of the store to yell at us from across the parking lot about how our transaction didn't go through, even though we used cash, and were given our change. We have never had this issue at any other Walmart in Wichita, and we have never been accused of shoplifting before. Knowing that we had paid, we left the parking lot while this seemingly bored older worker stood outside on the phone as we drove away. Anytime we visit this Walmart, the staff is rude and the produce is half rotten. Any other Walmart is better.

This store has the most kind cashier workers and staff I frequently shop there for groceries and household items and they are always willing to help if needed😊❤

I hate to leave negative reviews but I was in here the other day and this worker named Brittney, was so rude to me. Her attitude towards customers and employees is disheartening and I will not be taking my business at this store again. I asked where some oranges and some school supplies for my son were and she rolled her eyes at me and just pointed in a direction and walked away. I also overheard her yelling, actually yelling at some other employees she was training or "helping", it's not my place but I don't understand this level of customer service/disrespect. I know Walmart is a big franchise but smaller stores should have a small business way of interacting with customers. I've been shopping here for years and I've never been treated this bad! Please do better Walmart, and Brittney! The other employees especially the teens are more than helpful and kind. Thank you, have a blessed day.

I went to the pharmacy to pick up some drops and the pharmacist in a white coat was racist towards me. The event occurred on 05/31/2024 at 2:00 pm. How can a person like that work treating people poorly and in a derogatory manner.

Very rude my husband went there for an emergency. It’s says they close at 11 the woman guarded the door from him and an Asian woman saying they close 5 minutes before 11 then why don’t y'all have till 10:55! She was really rude and and looks like they close the store maybe 20-30 minutes early. Her name supposedly was Savana or something but I’m sure she gave us a fake name she was short and heavyset and wore glasses.

Come here when I dnt feel like going to the super walmart. Hit or miss on some things, employees are nice. I wish they would carry my fresh pet dog food in the fridge that would help me a lot. Main reason why I even go to Walmart!
