I have changed my rating from 5to 2. I was in the Walmart on N. Rock rd about 2 PM to 3 45PM shopping. We are from out of town and staying at a hotel til Thursday 3/13/25 anyway there was one young man that was absolutely very helpful he was working I guess stocking shelves in the health and beauty area. when we left that area and went to grocery area and asking someone over there for help was like we were an inconvenience to them. They were down right rude to us. Starting with the lady working the deli n hot food area. We asked her for help cutting ham and she just flat out said " I will help you when I'm done cleaning this" I was always lead to believe that the customer should be helped first then return to work or what ever she was doing. We just left a scar didn't get the deli ham we wanted. Then my sister asked her where the flavored Carbonated water was, again we were met with rudeness and disrespect. Then we were looking for the coconut oil and happened to run into the same lady that was stocking. We asked her where the oil was and she acted like it was such an inconvenience to help up. I told my sister to come on we would find it ourselves. Anyway we were meant another time with rudeness. I have never been treated so bad in one store....I'm down in Wichita about every 3 to 4 months for a few days and I will not be using this store again even if that means driving out of my way! If your staff can not leave there problems at the door before coming to work they should not be working with the public. And they need to learn how to "SMILE "

The customer service of walmart is very good, Purchase their products from the store without fear, especially in terms of expiration, authenticity etc. Although the price of the products can be vary than other shops.
Like to buying gift items from the store.They have very nice and huge collection, Especially,children's books, clothes, blankets, which I like. Also, their chocolate cake is very delicious even in a low budget.

This Walmart is always crowded. But I love that it's so big. I wish I had more time to actually shop in here. But I only come here during my lunch hour. And more often than not I see someone from church.

The 29th & Rock Walmart is the nastiest store. The majority of the time, shelves aren't stocked. Of course they continuously move food sections around relocating. No one is ever around to ask, which when you're lucky to find someone, they never have a clue either. To many employees stand around playing on their cell phones. They discriminate, picking & choosing who to stop for receipts. I can go in with old worn out clothes & a mess, which then they want a receipt. Go in looking put together they never ask. Do you think I stop to prove I paid? Oh hell no! I keep walking, tell them it's paid for & don't look back. Let them come run me down making accusations of theft. I guarantee they'll have much bigger issues on their hands than they already have! East side of town, it's worth your time, gas & effort to head to Walmart on Kellogg & Greenwich! 29th & Rock Walmart is ghetto & filthy.

Just not a friendly or clean place the parking lot is dirty dangerous enough to have cameras put up. Nevertheless they heard you like cattle through their self-checkout lines, and then damn near tackle you to see your receipt. Which they watched you just come out of the line not a good place or family to work for which by the way I don't so I shouldn't be checking out my own groceries

I give this one star only because of the fact that they do not have remedy organics. It is one of the very best drinks that I was purchasing every day on my travels and every Walmart had it and now I find after I was not traveling for a short time that I can't find remedy Organics drinks at any stores. It was $3.99 a bottle and I really don't wish to pay $4.99 a bottle what the manufacturer charges even at their online store. I was drinking six bottles a day and $6 more* 31 days in a month is over $180 and that's just not reasonable. I don't think it's even 24 oz if I recall it might be 16 but I can tell you that 399 is definitely enough. And now I see it's not even an option at Walmart anymore. Greatly disappointed. And I know I'm not the only one because of the fact that every time I went many times there were no what was it called Berry flavor. That's my favorite. And sometimes there wasn't even a chocolate flavor. So other people were drinking and also. I also shared a lot of information with the staff at Walmart at the different locations where I was so I'm sure many of them started to drink the drink because I'm an international consultant to doctors and professional athletes like the Minnesota Vikings Kelly defense back years ago so I am very passionate about helping people be their best through my secrets to youth program which you can find if you go to secrets to youth dot Wordpress dot c-o-m.
