The auto center had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any company I’ve ever spent money with! My issue was extreme and had to be fixed , which is the ONLY reason I stayed but NEVER again!!

Went with my wife at 10pm and had a half full cart of essentials and items for our 2 children as well as a 12 pack of beer and 12 pack of margaritas. I showed my ID but was refused the alcohol because my wife did not also have her ID. When I asked how it was any different than bringing my child with me with no ID, the Employee at self checkout told me “well, I have a brain”. Well, obviously he doesn’t have a brain because he refused a sale to a husband and wife well into their 30s with a cart full of diapers and groceries. I can’t imagine we are the customers they are told to watch out for. They obviously don’t need sales very badly.
